Built on four levels of living space the condominium offers beautiful sea views over the Caribbean from the roof-top plunge pool and from the covered terrace areas situated on each floor. Each level of the fully air-conditioned, spacious interiors are connected by a central elevator and curved stairway.
The ground floor entrance level houses the plus one bedroom area, equipped with two single day beds and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub. A large living space on the second floor features a comfortable lounge/dining area and open-plan kitchen with large glass-paneled wooden doors that open out to a furnished balcony and beautiful view of the ocean and the beach below. The pleasing decor of the living area features rattan and tropical wood furniture with travertine flooring and central white columns that partition the space to an adjacent dining area with seating for eight. The living room has a widescreen TV and the well equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space with a central island and high quality stainless steel appliances.
On the top floor is the charming rooftop plunge pool 13’ x 20’ x 5’ deep, and sunny deck area framed by the sapphire blue of the Caribbean and the picturesque island of Saba in the distance. Adjacent is the king-size master bedroom with its sea-view balcony and ensuite bathroom with large open shower and double vanities.
The beach below is just a minute’s walk from the condominium and just across the street from Shore Pointe is the village of Porto Cupecoy with its marina, shops, and restaurants. Blue Dove is the ideal vacation spot for groups of friends traveling together or families with older children. Please note that Cupecoy beach is a clothing optional beach and the sand will shift with the weather and swells so the amount of sand varies. The gorgeous, white soft sand of Mullet Bay is just down the road and is a family beach offering 2 concession stands and beach chairs to rent.

Cupecoy is located along the Leeward “Gold Coast” of St Maarten, just 3 minutes south of the French border. It is a stretch of picturesque cliffs and beaches where naturalists tend to flock, but just to the south of Cupecoy is gorgeous Mullet Bay beach, a family oriented, soft sandy beach. Both Cupecoy and Mullet Bay beaches have bars serving lunch and beach chairs. This extremely popular area is home to the Mediterranean style complex of Porto Cupecoy Marina, with its restaurants and shops; the Blue Residences, Shore Point, The Cliff, Cupecoy Beach Club, and Rainbow Beach Club. The Starz casino and several restaurants are nearby, as well as the islands 18-hole golf course and Maho, the night life area of the island.
Getting around
Most St Martin travelers rent a car during their stay. Our preferred rental car agency is Dollar/ Thrifty. You can arrange to pick up your car at the airport or even have it delivered to your villa for free if you reservation includes a transfer. Renting a car gives you the convenience of moving about the island on your schedule. Taxies are readily available at the airport and for short trips.
