Across from Prestigious Restaurants in which bathing is permitted. Aquatic sports for a fee. 10 min walk to public beach where you find local folkloric Gift Shops as well as Picturesque local Fried Fish stands. 5 min walk to the Ole Supermarket. 20 min to International Airport. Best area of Boca Chica.

Luxurious, awesome place.
This place is amazing. We stayed at Apt 201C for 3 days in April. This is a very luxurious place. Made us feel like famous movie stars spending a weekend on our condo. Everything is perfect. Let me start with the awesome.
The apartment itself is beautiful.
The view from the rooms and from the living room to the ocean is amazing
3 balconies
Huge living area.
2 large bedrooms with 2 very comfortable beds.
friendly staff from the front door to the cleaning crew
clean large swimming pool
laundry room you can use anytime with no extra charge
24 hour security
24 hour gym
Modern efficient kitchen, stove, fridge and plenty of utensils
Espresso Coffee maker
The price includes everything, electricity, cleaning, laundry, no extra cost, no surprises.
I can go on, but everything was perfect.
No really bad items to mention but some observations.
This is ocean view but not ocean front. There are some restaurants and homes in front of this place so access to the water is about 1 block away.
They are working on their beach area so there are no facilities yet, but I am sure they will be great once they finish them.
There is no AC unit on the living room only in the bedrooms. The living room is all covered in beautiful large windows that let the sun in, so it can get hot in the day. However, all the windows open and you can get really good breeze coming in from the ocean.
Large Chess board game table that provided some great entertainment.
2 of the balcony doors did not lock properly. We were on the second floor so no concerns.
I will definitely stay here again if we come next time.

Disappointed
I want to take the opportunity to give my honest review, i believe the owner lives here in US so he might appreciate the feedback , is a property with good potential and something tells me I am not the first client with the same issue.
I arrived from Fort Lauderdale with my whole family and I almost fainted when the front desk lady receives me with a " there is a problem with the apartment you rented", she gave me then a no credible reason of why the unit I booked and payed in full was not available and proceeded to offer me another one in the back of the building. She quickly realized I was not going to settle for that and gave me the room 401-C which although ocean front was smaller and in poor condition. Kitchen pots /utensils are in a condition of throwing to garbage and incomplete. Bathrooms dirty, beds super uncomfortable and not king as I booked with the other room. Pool needs repair and gym is dirty and machines not working at all.
It looks like pictures are better compared to the actual condition of the apartments at least for that one 401-C ( by the way i noticed the unit number was changed to 201-C in flipkey, so if you notice for that building now they are showing two apartments as 201-C, the apartment with the fish print couch is the 401-C I stayed in. I guess they knew this review was coming and that could be a way of justifying I got what I paid for. But not ,I have proof with my booking emails of the unit I rented.
We live in South Florida and we had traveled the world and US always willing to pay to stay in comfortable acommodations. We know DR well from Romana , Punta Cana to Jarabacoa and chose this location to stay close to family in Sto. Dgo. given the COVID-19 situation. The good: Amazing ocean views , quiet building, gated so felt safe, right in front of three great restaurants with private swimming area.
