The Lookout is a beautiful upside down house situated in the quiet but popular village of Mundesley, North Norfolk. The property has fabulous sea views, and is set in a quiet cut de sac five minutes walk from the award winning Blue Flag beach, and the property has been redecorated and refurnished for 2018. The property has two bedrooms on the ground floor, a king size and twin room, both tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and flat screen TVs.The ground floor also houses the large family bathroom with full size bath, and separate large shower cubicle. On the first floor there is a spacious lounge/diner that has double doors opening onto the balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine taking in the fabulous sea views. There is also a well equipped kitchen with all the usual kitchen appliances, and leading from there is the upstairs WC and washroom. The property has full gas central heating. There is private parking for two cars to the front of the property, and to the rear of the house there is a fully enclosed garden with table and chairs, a BBQ, and a shed which contains beach chairs, windbreaks and buckets and spades. From the rear garden gate you can access the coastal path, which in turn leads to steps directly onto the award winning dog friendly beach. Mundesley beach has been awarded Blue Flag status for the last few years. Free Wi Fi is available. The centre of the village is an eight minute walk away, and it has every local amenity including a Tesco Express, post office, greengrocers, butchers, fishmonger, chemist, several cafes, two fish and chip shops, chinese takeaway, Hot Rocket wood fired pizzas serve twice weekly in the summer season, craft shops and three local hotels each serving food. There is also a children's play area, skate park, multi use games area and outdoor gym. Dogs are accepted at The Lookout, one large or two small well behaved dogs please. More

Mundesley is a quintessential seaside village situated in North Norfolk, it is 6 miles from Cromer, and 20 minutes drive from Sheringham where there is the famous North Norfolk Steam Railway. Other areas to visit are of course Norwich especially for shopping, Holt for its antiques and craft shops, Blakeney and Cley for the famous salt marshes, and some historic landmarks such as Holkham Hall, Blicking Hall and Felbrigg Hall. It is a walkers paradise with so many areas of outstanding natural beauty to discover.....you will love Norfolk!
