This traditional flint-walled cottage dates back some 250 years and nestles in a conservation area ideally located in the centre of Mundesley,next to the Post Office and within walking distance to all the village shops and pubs. On entering this lovely property you will find yourself in the welcoming and comfortable lounge,which is an ideal space to relax in with an open fireplace,comfortable seating,TV/DVD,PlayStation,and a selection of books,magazines,maps,games and local information sheets. Exploring further you will also find a sunny and attractive dining room with seating for six guests,as well as a fireplace and CD player. Going into the stylishly designed kitchen,you will find it fully equipped with a gas oven and hob,fridge/freezer,microwave,dishwasher and washing machine. There's also a small walk-in pantry which is fully stocked with crockery and kitchen utensils. Stripped wooden stairs take you up to the first floor,where you will find three cosy bedrooms. There's a double room with an extra-large king-size bed and plenty of storage space. You will also find a double room with a large sash window which looks over the garden,and on a clear day it is possible to see the sea from this room. There is also a box room with bunk beds,which is ideal either for one adult or two small children. You will also find a bathroom complete with a freestanding roll top bath with hand held shower attachment,WC and a large chandelier hanging above the bath. Stepping outside you will find a completely enclosed garden,walled on two sides and laid out with beds and lawn. Garden furniture is available,including a BBQ,allowing you to sit back and dine al fresco. The property backs onto Gold Park and is within walking distance of the beach. While there is no parking at the house,you are able to unload directly outside the front and then park in the free car park just around the corner. More
