Note: windows within the sitting room do not open and are frosted for privacy reasons, as are the bedroom windows. The location was good for Oulton park race track. The cottage was well equipped and clean the only plus really. The TV is tiny and stuck on the wall in the corner (not good on the neck). the bathroom is small looks big on photos but its not. It says windows don't open down stairs but they are also frosted so no view !! the only view you have is the (PRETTY PATIO AREA !!!!!!!!) NOT its a brick wall and not pretty. Windows in bedroom don't open either.Would I stay here again NO SORRY

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were not happy with all aspects of your chosen accommodation. We have reviewed your comments with the owner and confirm that the TV and bathroom are as pictured on our website and we do not think these are misleading in any way. The windows you refer to are frosted as this was requested during the planning permission of this 1800s barn conversion as they overlook the neighbour’s patio. They do open in the event of an emergency and instructions were provided for this. The window in the lounge entrance door does open but the others do not for privacy reasons. We have now added a note to the description to clarify this in more detail. There is no view advertised from this property but the outside patio and seating area is clearly pictured. This property normally receives very good feedback but the owner has been made aware of your comments and we hope you enjoyed your holiday otherwise. Kind regards Customer Relations
