The Villa Kai is located in the Sandy Hill (East End) area on Long Pond Bay. We are situated right on the shore with easy access to a lovely sandy, rocky coastline and the relaxing sound of rolling waves. We have wonderful, cooling trade winds and terrific views of St. Marten, Saba and St. Barts. The house has an inviting open space living area with a new gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, big screen TV and cable and Wifi. The bedrooms are all ensuite,two have King sized beds, and one can be twin beds or converted to King. Each bedroom has magnificent views and sounds of the nearby sea. We have several additional amenities: housekeeping, free local calls, free calls to the US, desk with printer/scanner, bluetooth indoor/outdoor speaker, and outdoor shower in master bedroom. Guest with children should be aware that there is an in ground swimming pool on the connected deck and there is access to the pool from all rooms in the Villa. Children who do not swim may be at risk and should be monitored at all times.
Villa Kai is a wonderful villa on anguilla. Set in a more quiet part of the island, it was the perfect retreat for our family. We spent days exploring the island and it’s beach’s and came home to enjoy the pool and patio at the villa in the afternoons.
We enjoyed seeing the fishermen and surfers from the patio daily.
The villa layout was prefect for our family of 5. The house is well equipment for cooking at home and enjoying together time.
