A spacious, self-contained annex set in farmland. Ideal for a quiet break in the countryside or as a touring base for East Anglia.
There are a wide range of attractions in easy reach, including beautiful beaches, famous birding sites, stately homes, ancient monuments and tourist attractions. Norwich is 30 mins away, Cambridge 1 hour.
Walkers and cyclists have a huge network of footpaths and quiet lanes to explore, whilst some of our guests come just to enjoy the peace and quiet. The accommodation is spacious, light and attractive. Double bedroom, bathroom, well fitted kitchen / diner, sitting room with good quality double futon. Cot and high chair available. Centrally heated for cosy winter evenings. All recently decorated with many new electrical appliances.

We were only there for two nights as we were racing at Snetterton so couldn't fully enjoy what the cottage and location has to offer. It was very clean and well equipped.

About the neighbourhood
South Norfolk is predominantly rolling arable farmland. There are interesting market towns and many attractive villages. The area has hundreds of miles of quiet, picturesque lanes, ideal for cycling or walking, along with many footpaths, including some well maintained and waymarked long distance paths.

Locally, there are several 'gastropubs' in easy reach by car or cycle, along with several more serving typical 'pub grub'.

Beulah Cottage is completely surrounded by farmland and hence very peaceful, but the village of Bunwell is within easy walking distance. Here there is a village shop which sells most things you may need and a good butcher. We currently still have a post office, too. A visit without a car is therefore feasible, if you are looking for a relaxing br...

Using Satnav, use postcode NR16 1AB. This will take you to Bunwell Store. Turn into North Road, beside the store and then fork left into Chapel Road. We are the first house after you leave the village.
