''We had a great holiday, thank you. And thank you for processing the security deposit refund.
Villa Peristerona Hills is a truly exceptional villa. It is spacious, well equipped and immaculately maintained. The outdoor space is fabulous with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and coastline.
Peristerona is a small village in the hills above Polis. The location is quiet and peaceful and yet only a 15 minute drive into Polis or 20 mins to Latchi Harbour. There are good restaurants in Latchi (we liked the informal Yialos Beach Grill) and in Polis (Moustakallis). The Watermill in the next village Steni does great BBQ ribs at the weekend. We enjoyed hiking on the Akamas and driving into the Troodos to see the Mouflons. It is well worth a trip to see the UNESCO sites in Pafos and Kurion. The children loved Pafos Waterpark.
We were very satisfied with the service and communication with LetsRentOnline. The owner Phillipos couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. He lives in the Villa next door and was always available for us.
No suggestions for improvements, everything was perfect. If you have a rating system please put us down as a 5* or 10/10 - whatever is your best rating.

The villa was beautiful. The location was excellent. Secluded but not too far from amenities. Amazing views and sunsets. Would definitely recommend eating at The Watermill in Steni, Moustakalis in Polis, Chix Chox in Polis and Finikas in Polis. Latchi Harbour and Paphos Harbour are lovely to visit as is Limassol Marina. Karlina's in Paphos is good for drinks and worth a visit for breakfast. Coral Bay and Baths of Aphrodite are both worth a visit.
As always we were very satisfied with the service received from Lets Rent Online. The owners were very nice and communicated very well with regard to cleaning of the villa, pool. Lovely welcome pack on arrival.
Couldn't fault this amazing find.
Tucked away in the hills above Polis near to a sleepy village, the setting was breathtaking and we all spent time mesmerised by the view. A gentle wind helped with the heat.
The accommodation was spacious and well appointed with a traditional feel but with all the facilities you could need.
The owner was around if needed but unobtrusive and friendly.
Latchi is only 15 mins away for boat and buggy hire and there a number of excellent restaurants in Polis.
Would recommend without reservation.

Stunning villa
This villa was stunning. The views were amazing. It had everything in the villa for our 2 week stay. The owners father lived just up the hill and he was there if we ever needed him. We went with my parents who are in their 70's but unfortunately they were unable to walk to the nearby village as it was a steep hill. A car is definitely essential for this property but it's only a half hour drive to paphos and 20 minutes to latchi. The supermarket in nearby Polis has everything you need. Would definitely return to this villa.

Everything we could of wished for
This villa is fabulous, extremely high standard of accommodation. We stayed as a family of four with two young children in May/ June. The Vista is spectacular, villa is private and there is a lovely breeze which helps in the midday sun.
The owner, couldn't have done more to make sure our stay was more pleasant with fantastic personal touches, the eggs from his farm are amazing!
Peristerona is a lovely village, you are in walking distance to a local supermarket and Polis is only 10 mins by car for more restaurants and large supermarket.
Looking forward to returning, highly recommend.

Towards the coastline and you will find the small town of Polis. There is plenty of activity to choose from in Polis, whether you wish to dine in one of the many good quality restaurants, have a coffee or lunch in the central square, hire mountain bikes, quad bikes or maybe even a boat! The nearby Latchi beach is renowned as one of the best in Cyprus and not as crowded as the beaches in and around Paphos itself.
Latchi beach is famous for its clear blue sea, soft white sand and a great selection of watersports which are readily available. The watersports available at Latchi include diving, snorkelling, sailing, banana rides and a great deal more. Bring your UK driving licence and you can even hire a boat and explore the Akamas coast
Getting around
Peristerona is situated between the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the spectacular mountains of Paphos Forest and the Troodos. Walking in the forests is a delight. Filled with pine trees, fruit and olive trees, wild flowers and herbs and vineyards the air is scented and the views spectacular. The nearby village of Steni (also steeped in tradition) hosts a coffee shop with wireless internet access and a very good traditional taverna. Travel a little further into the hills and you will find Lysos, which has a very good horse riding school and is also home to a very good traditional Cyprus taverna, with neighbouring shops and the more widely known Paradisos Hills Hotel which does an excellent Sunday buffet

''The villa was a 10 out of 10. Completely kitted out for every need. Large Pool and area excellent very safe for children if attending. Bedrooms large and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the villa.
On the outskirts of a lovely village Peristerona. Views from the villa, outstanding of hills sea and the Polis area 8 kilometers away. Car essential. Beaches at Polis , latchi and all within travelling distance . Local restaurants /tavernas are good. I ate regular at a fish restaurant in Latchi overlooking sea . Name I can't spell begins with Ps......... Excellent , ask for Daniel he will look after you. [ If you leave a tip which you will want too , put in his hand ,for himself ] Try their Octupus. Just brilliant. !!!! A trip up past Lysos which is a great village to see only 5 k up the hill from the villa. Great to see the views and grab a beer. Then for those enjoying a drive keep going up the hill int the forest near Stavros and beyond . Epic!!!
As agents, and as I told the owner, you are exceptionally good and attentive. All information given was very useful. You work on behalf of the owner and the guest equally well. Thankyou.
The owner was just a delight of a man to deal with who I saw only when requested and as he lived 150yds away was very easy to get hold of if the need arose. In my case not at all, however was good to have a chat when he came to water the garden. In all a great place . Please use any comment I have made if helps .
