We received a call from booking.com a day or so before our booked stay to inform us that the booking was cancelled because of no water or heat in The Snug. This meant we had to scrabble around for an alternative place to stay. We stayed at the Briar Court which was more expensive. Hotel.com we’re great and refunded all our monies including the extra we had to pay the hotel. However, we will not stay in the Snug as I cannot be doing with last minute cancellation such as we experienced. Be warned all travellers.
