What a place!!! Perfect location for us and an incredible transformation of a historic property.
Right on the coastal path for great morning walks.
Easy for local shops, dining etc. Fantastically comfortable bed, great shower and kitchen. What more could you want. A solid 10/10 all round and

Incredible location!
We loved the boathouse! Very scenic and peaceful. We had a lot of rain on our trip so we loved being able to step out onto the beach whenever there was a break in the rain, or go for stroll along the coastal path. So convenient having a supermarket 5 mins walk and selection of restaurants. There's a great playground and cafe 10 min walk away along the path, and couple wooded parks within easy walking distance. There is ample space for family of 4 for a few days sharing 2 double beds in the large bedroom. Living area small but cosy with lovely view and well equipped. Outdoor seating area and parking bay great to have. Space worked well for us. So much on your doorstep. We really rate the location and uniqueness of this place. Great place to unwind!

A beautiful house
Booking was easy, check in was easy and when we arrived we were amazed. House is fabulous, views to die for. Its so cozy and nothing is a bother for the host she is on hand for you whatever your problem. Would definitely recommend. Ideal spot for bus route into town

Perfect Spot - amazing sea view
Don't go past this place. Quiet, less than a metre from the sea - great transport links only ten mins into Belfast. 5 min walk to pubs, supermarket and nice wine bar and pizza place. Loved it will be back.
