Honey Cottage is cosy dwelling. It has a fence immediately around it, which makes it perfect for families with young children and pets. (pets are allowed by arrangement. The lavish garden that boasts 200 year old trees and abundant birdlife. Views of Cathkin Peak are visible from the comfort of the main bedroom. The cottage sleeps 4 guests in a king size bed and two single beds. The two single beds can be made up into a king size, making it suitable for two couples. Each bed has been made up with high thread count cotton linen. Towels are also included. There are two en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and has complimentary starter Nespresso and tea. A braai is available for those festive days (or nights) or alternatively a cozy fireplac...

Home away from home
We live on a farm in the Free State and just wanted a short break from the winter dust . Traveling with a small dog can be challenging. But at The Goodland we felt very much at home . The Milk Cottage was perfect,also for a future visit with friends or family. Maryke ís a warm hostess,and the small extra offerings here and there put this establishment far above the average.... not to mention the peace and quiet, lovely kept garden and the views. We'll be back

We couldn't have asked for better
We stayed here during the Berg and Bush. It was 30 minutes away but well worth the drive. The cottage is beautifully appointed with everything that you could possibly want. Maryke was a lovely host. We had a special weekend and will definitely be back.
