This is automatically applied for stays of 7 nights but please ask us for a quote for stays of more or less than 7 nights. - the cleaning fee is a flat £75 charge for each booking irrespective of its length. What a great find. Welcoming hosts on arrival. Spacious but with homely touches. Lovely gardens for relaxing after a long day of shopping in the city. Only a short drive to the city and peace a quiet at the end of the day.

About the neighbourhood
Things to do - too many to mention ........... Activities - walking, fishing, golf. The local area has many golf courses including the world famous Celtic Manor Resort, the venue for the 2010 Ryder Cup. Entertainment - Derwen Cottages are ideally situated for Cardiff's Principality Stadium as well as other venues such as the Motorpoint Arena, the St David's Centre and the Millennium Centre. Doctor Who and Torchwood location spotting is a popular pastime in this area. Sports - the Principality Stadium is within easy reach as is the Cardiff City Stadium the home of Cardiff City Football Club, Cardiff Arms Park the ground of the Cardiff Blues and also the Swalec Stadium which is a Test venue as well as the homeground of Glamorgan Cricket Club. Getting around
As the property is in a rural locality there is no public transport available - the last bus left the village almost 20 years ago! Taxis are available costing around £20-£25 each way to Newport and Cardiff City Centres. Our property is 3 miles away from the Cardiff East Park and Ride into the centre of the City.
