This three bedroom, second floor apartment has a northerly aspect enjoying the winter sun and the summer breezes across the bay.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto a good size balcony and sweeping water views. Eight stairs up takes you to all three bedrooms and the main bathroom which has a corner bath with shower combined. The internal laundry is complete with a washer and dryer. Communal pool is good fun for all the family.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR, ceiling fan and ensuite.
Bedroom two has a tri bunk and BIR.
