tolle Lage, sauberer Strand, super Verpflegung !
Ocean hues liegt zwischen Palmen direkt am und etwas oberhalb des breiten Strandes, ist etwas umständlich zu erreichen (wie immer wenn es direkt an den Strand geht), liegt etwas ab vom Schuß, was gut und auch weniger gut ist, gut, wenn man ungestört sien will, was hier garantiert der Fall ist, weniger gut, wenn man auch ein paar Ausflüge machen will, das geht natürlich mit Taxi oder 3 Rad, aber ist etwas holprig und braucht eben etwas Anlauf, bis man die Hauptstrasse erreicht.
Das Haus hat im wesentlichen 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, (natürlich erweiterbar auf mehr Personen), sowie eine Küche mit einem Koch und Hausmeister und einem Hilfskoch (Mädchen für alles), der Koch macht sehr gutes und sehr abwechslungsreiches Essen, wie zum Beispiel Kerala Fischcurry oder auch jede andere Art gebratenen oder gekochten Fisch, aber auch Huhn oder Lamm, jegllche Wünsche werden erfüllt ! Direkt am Haus ist eine große Terasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer.
Das Haus ist sehr schön, wurde vor 3 Jahren erbaut, aber auch der Zahn der Zeit im aggressiven Seeklima hinterlässt natürlich seine Spuren, alles in allem sehr angenehm, aber ein klein bisschen weniger toll, als die Homepage vermuten lässt.
Und nicht zu vergessen : die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach phantastisch !

Unexpectedly Amazing
This Place is around 7 km from the railway station. A 20-25 min car ride. U need to walk down laterite steps to reach the house. Mr.Reddy the care taker and the cook is cheerful, accomodating, helpful and an amazing cook. he gets ample help from Chandru. while me and my friends were playing card in the hall- we spotted dolphins floricking in the ocean. The food is amazing- Breakfast & lunch is served in the courtyard with the ocean view. premise is kept clean. You can walk out of the house right onto the beach. It is very safe and uncrowded. to book you need to plan well in advance of a few months as this property is frequented by Indians and people from other countries. At the time of booking the price may seem high, but the moment you arrive and settle in ; you would find it worth the price.On the down side- there was a power problem on the last day of our stay.
