Lovely cottage with fantastic reviews. Very well equipped. The only negative being twin bedded room beds not very comfortable and seem very old. Also on stripping beds at end of stay duvet was stained and mattress protector very grubby. If known at beginning would not have slept in it. The step into en suite in downstairs bathroom quite dangerous.

Beautiful accommodation, perfectly kitted out with everything we needed. The most stunning views, offering such tranquility. Gemma and her team were quick to respond to any queries. Clever heating system and Gemma had no problem setting the temperature a bit higher when needed. Will definitely return.

Having just spent a week at Grannda Mhor, we cannot speak highly enough of this holiday home.
From the wildlife in the garden to the views and beautiful sunsets, it was hard to leave.
Highly recommended.

A home from home - or even better : )
We had the most amazing time ever at Grannda Mohr! The property is done to an extremely high standard. Modern and spacious but super comfortable at the same time. It is truly a home from home.
Caobh Haven is a 5 min drive and we can more than recommend to take a tour with Farsain Cruises. They did an amazing, very special tour for us and our kids - unforgettable! Seeing seals, catching Makerels for dinner and having a go driving the boat!

Fantastic cottage with stunning views
We loved our stay at Grannda Mhor, the cottage was not only stunning and beautifully laid out, the garden was stunning and it had everything and more with regards to kitchen equipment and home comforts. We instantly felt at home and loved the feeling of luxury throughout. Gemma at West Coat Cottages was extremely helpful and prompt in her help and replies when making the booking. The views and location were simply stunning and the tranquillity was bliss. Our dogs also loved being able to lie in the garden but still be able to mooch into the living quarters for some light relief from the sun (unusual good weather for Scotland LOL). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a Scottish break.

Rude management. 13 degrees in the rooms.
Temperature in the rooms was 13 degrees. The owner controlled the heaters remotely and refused to increase it. The owner/manager was very rude.

Grannda Mhor a superb vacation location
This home is in a small cove, 5 minutes walk from a top class hotel, has a superb view and no light pollution at night (haven’t seen so many stars for years). It is furnished to a very high standard, all appliances are virtually new and the sliding door/window with the view is a great bonus. The property manager was very helpful as well as the neighbour who allowed us access to the hills behind via his property !
