Layout
It is constructed to take advantage of the stunning views of the narrows between Corfu and Albania, with a living room on the first floor. A twin-bedded room and the main bathroom are accessed from the hall, and both benefit from exceptional views. This part of the house includes a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with patio doors open onto a breathtaking balcony.
The interior staircase (stair safety baby gates are available) lands on the downstairs level, which features a master and a double bedroom, with en-suite shower rooms and patio doors opening onto the rear terrace. A hallway's back door also opens onto this terrace and the pool area. A built BBQ alongside dining facilities is available on this part of the house, ideal for those who wish to try their cooking skills and dine al-fresco.
Pool and Terraces
The pool is located at the sunniest corner of the garden, two steps lower from the terrace, and it is accessed on its shallow end by stairs. A sophisticated degree, 70 centimetres below the pool's surface, stretching to its full length, provides a great underwater seat, perfect for relaxing in the water. It can be heated on request during the cold months.
The Location
Villa Chiquitita is ideally positioned for visiting all parts of the island, including mountain villages, sightseeing, hiking, or enjoying the lovely beaches of Kerasia and Kalami, which are only a short drive away.
The "Local Kensington On the Sea" Agios Stefanos, the famous Avlaki beach, and the cosmopolitan village of Kassiopi is slightly further. Still, a visit is a must, if not a daily need.
