How to get there
Chania airport to Almyrida: Almyrida is 25km from the airport and a 40 minute drive around Souda Bay. Heraklio airport to Almyrida: Almyrida is about 2 hour drive on the National Road. A pick up service by taxi can take you from the Chania Airport to Almyrida on your arrival for 90 euros. This price also covers taking you back to the airport on the day of your departure. Local buses run regularly between Almyrida and Chania city. There are always local taxis available.
