The villa is surrounded by an attractive and well-stocked garden that is fully enclosed and gated and gives a 'country cottage' feel to the property. The garden is planted with numerous mature palms, shrubs and citrus trees, these provide maximum privacy and seclusion to the pool and terrace areas. The gravel drive provides parking for 3 cars. Great villa! Definitely recommend it!! Great sized pool, correct for the amount able to sleep in villa. 10 minute drive from the sea and 2 minutes to shops.

Comfortable villa set in a beautiful garden with decent sized pool. Plenty of stunning palms for shade & has a BBQ area. Only downside was lack of towels and not all the windows & doors have mosi-nets and an outside shower would have been nice....More

The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, occasional chairs and tables: open fireplace. The new, 28' flat screen TV shows U.K., free-to-air digital satellite programmes, plus Spanish digital terrestrial channels and the DVD player enables guests to watch their favourite movies and recorded programmes. A Wi-Fi internet connection has been added to the villa this winter and guests can enjoy unlimited and secure access extending to all rooms in the house and the terrace areas. A wide arch connects the lounge to a separate dining area furnished with table and seating for six: double doors lead out to the sun terrace and garden. The kitchen is well appointed with granite work tops and fitted cupboards and fully equipped to comfortably cater for six people: equipment includes a vitro-ceramic hob with four burners, electric oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. A small annex off the kitchen contains the fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. It also provides a handy storage area. Through an arch, a short passage gives access from the living room to the rest of the house. The main bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted cupboards and a ceiling fan and has an en suite shower-room. The other two bedrooms, that are also furnished with twin, single beds and have ceiling fans, share the main bathroom. All three bedrooms have mosquito screens over the windows.

How to get there
Moraira lies approximately midway between Alicante and Valencia airports. Both airports are extremely well served by most major budget airlines that provide reasonably priced access throughout the year from most European cities. The journey from either airport is extremely easy: it is almost all motorway and takes approximately 75 minutes. The villa is situated within a 10 minutes’ drive of ‘Salida 63’, the nearest motorway access point. Access to and from the area could hardly be easier. Detailed directions and arrival instructions will be provided to all guests.
