Norton House is a three bedroom furnished short let located in the Headington area of Oxford. The house is conveniently located for access into Oxford city, Oxford Brookes University and the main Oxford hospitals. The property sleeps up to six people in three double bedrooms (the third bedroom is a 'pull down' bed). ACCOMMODATION The ground floor comprises of: -Living room with wood effect porcelain tile flooring and underfloor heating, comfortable sofa with three recliners. LOCAL AREA -The house is situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The shops, restaurants and cafes of Headington are bus stops to London and airport a ten minute walk from the house. There is a choice of supermarkets in Headington including Waitrose. There are also several banks and a post office within walking distance. BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY Between April and September, there is a minimum six night stay. Shorter stays may be available in between bookings. Short Break Pricing Stays of less than 7 nights are calculated as follows: 3 nights: 75% of the weekly rate. 4 nights: 80% of the weekly rate. 5 nights: 85% of weekly rate. 6 nights: 100% of weekly rate. Located in a quiet close about 10 mins walk to Headington shops and bus route to Oxford. The interior of this house has been completely modernised throughout with the latest technology. Open plan design of kitchen, dining and lounge made us very comfortable. Lovely big...More
