Glorious clifftop walks, such as The Lizard itself, stunning sandy beaches like Coverack, Kennack Sands, Kynance Cove (which should be experienced), Poldhu or Loe Bar, which stretches from Gunwalloe all the way to Porthleven, tourist locations like Flambards, Poldark Mine or Goonhilly. The Helford River is beautiful and is surrounded by five little creeks, the most famous being Frenchman's Creek, the eponymous title by Daphne Du Maurier based on the love affair between an impulsive English lady and a French pirate. Accommodation Ground Floor: Enter into living area with comfortable seating, wall-mounted, flame effect electric fire and flat-screen TV, French doors to the garden, dining table and chairs, kitchen area with fully fitted units and appliances. Shower room with a rainfall showerhead, WC and hand basin. Master bedroom with 5' double bed and flatscreen TV. Dressing room with wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and chair. Exterior: There is a small enclosed, private rear garden with a lawned area, patio, table, and chairs. There is a barbecue and off-road parking on the drive to the side of the property. Facilities & Services Heating is via an underfloor oil central heating system. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and a toaster. The sitting area has a flatscreen, digital Freeview TV with a DVD player. There is a TV with an integral DVD player in the bedroom. Unlimited WiFi is available at the property. There is a cot & a high chair. There is a charcoal kettle barbecue. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. There is off-road parking available for one vehicle to the side of the property. One well-behaved dog is permitted at the small additional cost of £35 per dog / per week, but please remember that you cannot leave your dog unattended at the property. No smoking. Babes in arms are welcome, but no children. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Friday. Short breaks are available during quieter periods. £250 pre-authorised to your credit/debit card as a security deposit is required.More
