The hillside location of Malvezzino Luxury Villas enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea and Heraklion city (which is only 15 km away) and offers easy access to many beaches, the closest being just a 2 minutes drive (1,2 km).

Payment Schedule:
The deposit needed in order to secure the booking is the 25% of the total cost of the reservation.
The remaining balance is due to be paid 21 days prior to the guest’s arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 250€ is also required.
The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice).

Palaiokastro, due to its panoramic location is characterised as the “Balcony of Heraklion” offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea! The amphitheatre style construction of these wonderful villas, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the famous Dia’s Island. The nearest beaches are Palaiokastro, Pantantassa and Helidoni and. Not far there is also Ligaria Beach. Close to the Villa you can also find several tavernas, super market and pharmacy.
In the nearby locations of Gazi and Ammoudara guests can find all daily amenities, such as large super markets, gas station, ATM machine, butcher, fish monger and many more.
Getting around
The closest beach to Malvezzino Luxury Villas is Palaiokastro beach which is well-organized with sun beds, umbrellas, taverns and a mini market and some shops. Palaiokastro is a picturesque beach and one of the most beloved beaches of locals. Moreover, the sea is deep and its western part has very large pebbles. The rocky seabed is ideal for fishing and snorkelling.
There are more beaches nearby such as Helidoni beach, Pantanassa beach and Ellinoperasmata beach etc.
