You can find a number of beautiful and clean beaches in a 5 km radius from the house. For example, you can drive to the closest beach that lies about 1 km away from the property
There is a mini market/pizzeria within 200m as well as mini-market within 600m.
There is also a bigger market as well as 2 taverns in Lygaria.
Getting around
I would definitely recommend on renting a car during your stay. It would be essential for moving around nearby beaches.
The location is a perfect starting point for your daily trips/activities as well since it is situated in between Rethymno and Agios Nikolaos
On top of that the bus network is not properly developed making connections between major cities and beaches a difficult thing
