Inyanga Lodge is located in the privately own, Grietjie Nature Reserve, which is a part of Balule Nature Reserve and the Greater Kruger Park - South Africa`s largest wildlife Reserve in the northern Limpopo Province, about 30 km from the town Phalaborwa.
Here you can explore the African Bush, with Wild animals in "The Back Yard". There are more than 300 species of Birds and more than 40 different kinds of mammals, in this "Big-5" area.
Inyanga Lodge is a 3-star Lodge and offers comfortable rooms in Africa style.We can accommodate up to 12 people at the time, but in specially occasion (family reunion /anniversary), we can accommodate up to 18 people.

About the neighbourhood
In a ordinary day trip, you will be able to reach the wonderful, Drakensberg Mountains. Here you will find Blyde River Canyon, the 3. largest canyon in the world and the only one who is green. A great gorge which cuts several hundred meters down through the mountains. Along the way, there is one breathtaking view points after another and lot of waterfalls.

From Phalaborwa Airport drive 20 min towards Hoedspriut. Turn left at Balule / Grietjie Gate sign. 10 min on gravel road direct to Inyanga Lodge.
Hoedspriut airport 50 min drive towards Phalaborwa. Turn right at Balule / Grietjie Gate sign. 10 min on gravel road direct to Inyanga Lodge.
Drive from Johannesburg approx 7 hours with stops.
We can arrange transfer to and from Phalaborwa or Hoedspriut airport.
