Netherleigh is a three bedroom detached bungalow which as been recently renovated.Free WiFI included. It is situated on a quiet no through road which leads into the forest in the rural village of Pennal, some 4 miles from the busy market town of Machynlleth the ancient capital of Wales.

Pennal is a small village with a pub, (only a few minutes walk away), 'The Riverside' renowned for its quality food and selection of cask ales and lagers. The Talgarth Country Club is also in walking distance, where you can dine or just have a drink in lovely surroundings.

The area is surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park. You can walk or cycle into the mountains or drive to Cader Idris and the Taly-Llyn lake or just relax in the garden and take in the fantastic scenery. The beautiful harbour village of Aberdovey is just 5 miles away with...

Excellent location for us, well equipped with plenty of room for eating all together. Facilities were all good and he beds very comfortable. No complaints from us.More

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher and washer-dryer. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, one is en-suite with walk in shower and a third bedroom with bunk beds large enough to sleep adults. The main bathroom also as a shower over the bath. The property is fully central heated.

Occupation after 3 pm on arrival day, vacate by 10am on day of departure. Normal change over day Saturday.

About the neighbourhood
The area appeals to people from all walks of life,with places of interests and attractions for everyone. If you are a bird watcher you are guaranteed to spot a red kite. Mountain bikers are especially catered for with many miles of forest tracks accessible straight from outside the bungalow. This is walking country, with mountain walks directly from the bungalow.

Watersport enthusiasts will love Aberdovey with great facilities for sailing, wind and kite surfing, kayaking and even jet skis are allowed. You can fish in the estuary or off the beach.

There is a championship golf course at Aberdovey or a popular 9 hole course at Machynlleth. There are many attractions within a short drive including the centre for alternative technology, and theTaly Llyn railway.

Railway: Machynlleth: 5.0 km
From the Midlands take the M54 then the A458.

You can arrive by train from Shrewsbury to Machynlleth.

Machynlleth is only 3 miles away,where you can get a bus or taxi to Pennal.

The bungalow is only a short walk from the bus stop.

On leaving Machynlleth take the A493 road to Aberdovey for approx 4 miles.
On entering the village of Pennal, pass the Riverside Hotel on your left, and turn right into Tower Road before going over the bridge. Carry on up Tower Road for approx 300m until the road junction. Netherliegh is on your left immediately after the junction identifiable from the conservatory on the end. Postcode SY20 9DZ.
