This air conditioned house in the Boulouris area of Saint Raphael with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom suitable for 4 people is located in a nice private domain with a communal pool with a length of 25 meters (open from Juin until end of September), a tennis court as well as a Jeu de Boules court. The house has its private garden of 200 m2, where you can find an outside shower, as well as the BBQ area. The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor, and share a bathroom. The house has a nice sea view, and is located at a 800 meters walk from the beach. In Juli and August there is a bakery at the entrance of the domaine.
