Furthermore, for those that enjoy golf, the Añoreta golf course is only a 5 min drive away. It is close to all amenities; there is a new large supermarket just across the road You can enjoy exquisite meals at the Rincon de Miguel restaurant or you can drop in for tapas at the “Terranova”. The Rincon de la Victoria shopping centre is just a 10min drive away

Simply the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing holiday!
I genuinely don't have anything bad to say about the house, the location or the owner who was, without question, the kindest and most thoughtful person that you could wish to meet.
The house is literally a back gate away from the beach. The local village has everything that you need as long as you are not looking for insane nightlife. A perfectly well-stocked supermarket (Mercadona) is 5 minutes walk away. There are a range of rustic bars on and long the edge of the beach.
We were 4 adults and 2 young children who enjoyed a simply magical family holiday. The owner even knows a very reliable and trusted babysitter if you do wish to enjoy a night out! There really is nothing to say that isn't positive.

Highly recommend
Beautiful house with great features. The host was very helpful and nice. Very well thought space, extra room in the basement, layout of the house is very comfortable with nice design touches, it has all the essentials like extra towels, blankets, kitchen is fully equipped - even with tea, coffee, spices, detergents etc, Entrance to the beach is amazing addition which makes it very attractive for adults and for kids. Stayed as a group of 8 people (3 kids) and everyone was very pleased with the stay. Highly recommend this one!

Ein Traum
Wir durften 12 Tage in der genannten Unterkunft verbringen, wir hätten es uns nicht schöner wünschen können. Es war alles wie angegeben, das Haus ist einem super Zustand, der Blick auf's Meer und der Zugang zum Strand ist sagenhaft.
Die Übergange lief reibungslos, die Endreinugung ist im Preis nicht enthalten aber mit 80€ auch schnell beglichen und bei der Größe des Hauses auch angemessen.
Man befindet sich direkt in einer Gegend, wo man die einheimische Kultur genießen kann, keine Hotels in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Hier kann man Spanien so genießen wie es ist. Der Supermarkt ist tatsächlich nur über die Straße und hat sehr nette Mitarbeiter.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

This review will be mostly for the parents with kids:) However, the place is suitable for everyone! We spent 2 weeks in July 2017 at this amazing house! We were 2 families: 4 adults and 3 kids (10, 3 and 1 y.o) The house is big, newly renovated, very clean and has everything and more for the worryfree holiday with kids or without. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a dish washer and washing machine on site. Even a feeding chair for a baby! Location of the house is fantastic! It is right on the beach, with au small playground for kids (slides, swings) in front of the house on a beach. The front yard of the house is private with the fence, with the big trees which give shade almost all day. For the kids we would inflate the pool and they would play there while we were drinking wine at the table next to them under the big blooming tree. Sounds like a Paridise, right?
Big Mercadona is across the street (1minute walk tops) and choices of food, including fresh fish, seafood and meat are almost unlimited. There is also a Pharmacy and another big store with whatever you migh need, seriously. The Rincon de la Victoria is about 15-20 minutes from Malaga and there is no problem to get there either by bus (the bus stop is 2 minutes away from the house) or by taxi. The house is in a very quiet part of the town, most of the days (except the weekends) we were the only people on the beach, but if you walk just 5-10 minutes towards Malaga you get on a busy seaside walk with lots of bars, shops a restaurants, there also lots of trampolines and playgrounds for kids. There is a bid shopping center called Rincon de la Victoria, 20 minutes away. There is a small green bus every hour which brings you right there at the entrance. In this Shopping Center there is a closed play ground, which is also supervised, meaning you can leave your kids there and go shopping or just relax. It opens at 4pm, which was perfect way to escape the hottest part of the day. We were going there almost every afternoon.
The hostess Olga is a sweetheart! We were planning our vacation 6 months in advance, she was available 24/7 to answer all our questions, she recommended things, organized the airport pick-up for us and was helpful in every way we needed! Thank you very much! You made our holiday unforgettable! We felt like a home and can't wait to come back later this year!
P.S: there also many things I didn't mention: wine, sea, beautiful nature and weather, sunsets.... We are truly in love with this place!

What you see is what you get. Great spot. Supermarket across the street. Fenced garden (ideal for kids).
Min:
Kitchen ware is minimal (like coffee cups, tea glasses and longdrink glasses), but owner should have handled that by now.

Paradise by the beach
The Perfect house at the perfect location, We were looking for a quiet, relaxing, beach holiday away from noisy touristy places, and we did find it! The house is gorgeous, everything in it is inmaculate, the whole place is beautifully decorated. Having a nice patio with a table and chairs and two sunbeds, made our stay extremely enjoyable as we spent every evening outside just watching an incredible Mediterranean sea at our doorstep. The area is family-friendly and there are plenty of restaurants around. Booking was very straight forward and the landlord made us feel at home from the very first minute. We will definately go back!

Perfect Beach House
We spent two wonderful weeks with our children in this Beach House. Just passing the garden gate we were directly at the long and ample beach that was very quiet in the winter season.
Nearby along the beach several "chiringuitos" (Snack Bars - altough some closed for winter holidays) and - important for the children - play grounds every 200 meters.
The interior of the house is light-flooded and very comfortable, that we could enjoy the fantastic sea view also on the few breezy days.
Behind the house there is a big supermarket offering whatever you need, as well a pharmacy and a chinese bazar (offering whatever you did not know to need it😉).

It is a wonderful house
The house has a perfect location, facing the sea.
It is a simple house but very comfortable in all the senses.
Perfect for a family holiday and to enjoy both the sea and the beach bars. next to the house you can find everything you need like pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop ... etc

Un petit coin de paradis
Maison très agréable, idéalement située face à la plage.
Commerces, médecins, et pharmacie à quelques mètres.
Olga est une hote très sympathique et attentionnée.
Découvert il y a quelques années, nous y revenons régulièrement.

Wonderful house and perfect location
This place is close to perfect! We loved stying here, and are definitely coming back. Lovely house, garden, environment, safe to bring small children, well-equipped, clean and just great to be short. Supermarket and deli-shop just around the corner. The owner very nice and helpful. Only thing that could be better : the cues for the pool needs a new finish. We can't wait to come back!
