Amazing views
This accommodation is in a breathtaking position with amazing views across the moorland. The road up to the property is very rough so drive slowly.
The views from inside are wonderful.
There is an enclosed area for dogs if you bring one and stables if you need them. There are wonderful walks just outside the gates.
The bungalow is very well equipped for your stay.
The only snag was there was no WiFi during our stay.

Great to be back
We came up to Lancashire for our sons wedding in Accrington. From our previous visit we knew this was the perfect place to stay as it is close to where they live.
As before it was perfectly equipped and the views are amazing. It is amazing watching the different weather types over the view.
Hilary was very friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our sons wedding.
During the following week we visited Townley Hall at Burnley, Samlesbury Hall near Preston, both amazing houses to visit.
Then a visit to the Lawnmower Museum at Southport. Fascinating place.
After that we went to the Martin Mere wetland centre. So many birds to see.
On our Last day we visited Bury Market which is an amazing market. If you go there the best place to park is in the multi storey car park next to it.
We felt the road up was a bit easier this time.

Fantastic self catering cottage with amazing views and friendly host
This is a very well equipped cottage with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The views are spectacular from all the windows.
The road up to the cottage needs to be driven slowly with care. But well worth it to stay at such a great place.
There is everything you need even a washing machine. plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for all your clothes to fit in. There is a full size fridge and Freezer, Microwave, full cooker.
This is a dog friendly place with an enclosed garden they can use. There are a great number of walks on the doorstep to go on.
While there we visited Yorkshire Air Museum , the Yorkshire Sculpture Park which was amazing , a lot of walking and a lot to see, Bancroft Mill, then the Queen Street Mill at Burnley where we were very lucky as it was in steam and we had a tour and saw it all working. Then we went to Howarth for their 1940's day and had a great meal at the Old White Lion Hotel. After that we went on the steam train on the Keighley & Worth Railway. the steam train was great fun.
