Logs kindling and coal are provided. All quality linen and disposables, washing powder, condiments, tea, coffee and milk are provided. There is no garden to speak of, a small patch to the rear of the property, but you can sit outside the front door on good days and think how great things are when drinking your early morning coffee or cup of tea. Beautiful walks directly from the front door and plenty of on street parking. Open all year and short breaks are available, but minimum of three nights in the high season. Pet dogs are allowed no charge but they must not be allowed to go upstairs or lie on the furniture. Free Wi-Fi. Parental Controls and security applied. Children under two years old are not included in occupancy of six. Reduction for a couple and child please ask for quote. Bedrooms allow flexibility. Top floor has the large king bedroom but off this through a door is the fourth twin bedroom. First Floor has two double bedrooms. Baby equipment provided if required. There is a toy basket for the younger children. For a smaller two Bedroom Detached Cottage with dining room, kitchen and living room and a private secure garden in the area, the same distance to Bala, see Pen Y Banc, Sarnau, in the listings. Please treat my property with the same respect that you would expect your home to be treated. Pet dogs are not allowed on the furniture and not upstairs. Pet owners must use bags to clean up after their pet. In both cottages I encourage people not to wear shoes or muddy boots in the cottages. About the neighbourhood
In 1882 'Bala and the surrounding area is described as a quiet little town situated near the end of Bala Lake on the North Side of a wide cultivated valley. There is a bus service to the village and it can take you to west to the coast or to Wrexham in the East where it links with the main station or other bus routes. An ideal hiking area with several mountain ranges surrounding the Village, Bala and the Dee Valley.
