Luxury 5* barn conversion in a rural tranquil location, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, only six miles from Bala. Enjoy modern contemporary features in the middle of the welsh countryside, with walks from the door and beautiful Snowdonia scenery.
The cottage consists of a double height vaulted living space, four bedrooms (sleeps 8), beautifully furnished and decorated, along with two bathrooms (one en-suite), and cosy snug for reading and relaxing on colder days.
Outside you'll find an enclosed patio with views over the open countryside along with firepit to keep warm whilst star gazing on colder nights.

We enjoyed staying in this wonderful cottage during a long weekend with some friends. Perfect location if you want to experience zip-lining or climbing mount Snowden! The cottage is spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed the barbecue and...More
This beautiful cottage really is luxury, incredibly well equipped with everything you could need. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into setting this cottage up and it's really paid off. An absolute hidden gem quite literally but if you follow the owners super clear...More

Very highly-specced holiday cottage. Great facilities and stunning views over the valley. Close enough yet far enough from civilisation to feel truly away from it all with some lovely walks from the cottage door. We had a great time exploring Snowdonia from here, enjoying some...More

I was disappointed by the lack of management of this property. I booked a week in the summer. I was told by trip advisor that my holiday was confirmed, but then received an email from the owner saying there "had been a missunderstanding" and the...More

The bustling market town of Bala lies within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and is located at the head of Llyn Tegid, Bala’s famous lake, which is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to a unique fish called the Gwyniad, a relic of the Ice Age. Renowned as a centre for great watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting, Bala is also the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway. The town itself is steeped in history and has a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk. Surrounded by the wonderful Berwyn Mountains on one side and the beautiful Snowdonia Mountain Range on the other, this is a mecca for climbing, walking & mountain biking.
Getting around
Lake Vyrnwy is a great place for the whole family to visit with a number of walking trails by the lake.
