We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Apartment and would definitely stay again. The rooms are large warm and comfortable. Set in a good location with ample parking, shops, pubs and restaurants are a few minutes walk.

Great place
Great place, very clean. Exactly as described.
Nice outdoor shared patio.
Convenient location to brewery and square. Car parking on the street not a problem.
Large mugs supplied always a bonus for Yorkshire tea drinkers.
Be careful with the Saniflo toilet, whilst it’s location is between the 2 double bedrooms it struggled with 4 adults, suggest use the downstairs bathroom.
Mark always responded in a timely manner.
Really enjoyed our stay and would use again.

Lovely accommodation - but not for the infirm
We have had a lovely weekend, but access was difficult for my 81 year old father.
Having paid £40 for cleaning, we were disappointed to find crumbs under the toaster and rice on the worktop.
Beds extremely comfy and kitchen really well stocked.
Be aware that parking can be very difficult - especially when the market is on on Saturday. We had to park some distance away, but were able to move closer in late afternoon.
Thoroughly recommend Bistro at Black Sheep in the evening - don't be put off by the current day time experience.
White Bear also well worth a visit. They have coped extremely well under current circumstances.
All in all a great weekend - felt almost normal in these far from normal circumstances.

Christmas Stay
The location was perfect for our Christmas stay. Good communication and easy way to access the property. Everything we needed in the apartment - good sized fridge and freezer. Close to shops, pubs and the breweries.

Excellent apartment, great location
The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated with quality furniture. The beds were comfortable too. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a holiday let. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

Good base to explore surroundings
First impressions weren’t good of the apartment, the entrance really lets the whole property down and gives a feeling you’ve stepped into the wrong building. Inside the apartment is decorated lovely and is clean. Overall the apartment is brilliant, lovely original features and with everything you could need. Would recommend this property to all wanting to explore Masham, however don’t consider this property if you have limited mobility. Key collection was easy, but parking was limited when we arrived making it tricky to unpack the cars. Extremely close to local ammenities, lots of pubs to explore, plenty of gluten free options at pubs near by and at the black sheep brewery.......avoid theakstons though as they aren’t very accommodating or friendly.
Mark was very helpful with all enquiries prior to and after making our booking.

New Year visit
This apartment is in a great location for Masham, very central and with parking nearby, as well as access to all local facilities. The apartment is spacious, with lots of room both in the bedrooms and around the apartment. Whilst there were only four of us, it could easily accommodate 6. Would definitely visit again if in the area and would recommend to others.

Perfect break
We stayed at the apartment in November with some friends, it was a super weekend. The apartment could not be in a better location, not even two minutes walk to the market place. It was lovely and cosy and the decor is great and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils! All the instructions sent out before we arrived was very helpful and timely even with tips for the local area.
We visited both breweries, dining at Black Sheep which also was great. On our second night we dined at The Bruce Arms also yummy!!
All in all it was a perfect weekend.
