Sapphire Beach, located on the South Coast of Barbados, is a luxurious beachfront condo complex situated on Dover Beach in the popular St. Lawrence Gap. The property benefits from stunning bedroom and balcony panoramic ocean views, two large beach front pools, Italian designed kitchen, elevators, 24hr security, gated private parking, gardens and a fitness center.
The unit comprises of 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms. The listed rate is for 2 bedrooms. 3 bedroom rate given when specifying 7 guests. If you are more than 4 adults you will require the 3rd bedroom.

Amazing place!
Garry's place was fabulous and perfect for us. Travelled with my husband, son and our friends. Plenty room to accommodate 5 of us. The view from the master bedroom and balcony is stunning.
The accommodation has everything you could possibly want or need for a self catering beach holiday . Everything from pool towels, airfryer, coffee maker, echo dots, the list is endless. There are so many gadgets, amenities and utensils which leaves little space for groceries. Not an issue for us as the fridge freezer was large and we mostly only made breakfast.
We had a few issues during our stay, that were quickly rectified and no fault of Garry's for example, water from the apartment above coming through the bathroom ceiling.
I would definitely return to this property and would recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous Beachside condo
This three bedroom beachfront condo was fabulous for our party of 5. Extremely clean and comfortable. On the second floor of the Sapphire Beach Condo complex, it was central to many restaurants and bars and the view of Dover beach is spectacular. Our host, Garry, was top notch with recommendations and very eager to make our stay perfect. Property manager Dominic was here to greet us, even when our plane was delayed. Can not recommend this property enough!

Spectacular Vacation Rental
This condo is located on a pristine beach just minutes away from restaurants and nightlife. Great location for a family trip or getaway for a group of friends. The Owner goes above and beyond to make the vacation rental a home away from home. You can choose to stay plugged in to social media through various devices located in the condo or unplug and escape it all. We will definitely be back!!! Garry made everything so easy and helped us make memories to last a lifetime. Make sure you ask for Kenny when you get to the beach, he will set you up with some loungers and an umbrella!!

Amazing host, property & location
Garry is truly an amazing host! I’ve done a fair amount of traveling and he’s top notch. Super responsive and very easy to work with! I just got back home and would love to book his place in the future. He was always available from pre-booking to during an our stay to answer my stupid questions (lol) without judgement. He has thought of everything. The check in process was super easy. This place has everything you would ever need for an amazing vacation; beautiful views, in-unit laundry, kitchen with every appliance you’d need, an AC that cools the place very quickly, I could go on and on! Best home away from home. Perfect location, access to 2 pools and direct beach access. Walking distance to a lot of fun spots on the island. There is access to taxis if needed right outside the property. I got “stuck” for an extra day due to flight issues. I contacted Garry for help and even though he didn’t have to, he was more than willing to jump in and assist where he could. Highly recommend his place, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Beach front luxury
First time we have stayed in St Lawrence Gap, and we weren’t disappointed with either The Gap or the Shoreshire Apartment in Sapphire Beach Condos.
Sapphire Beach Condos we’re set in well maintained grounds, right on the beach with two pools, gym, security and parking.
The Gap had something for everyone. Every water sport you could want; great beach and a wealth of bars and restaurants to suit any budget. Best of all, the local people. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
The three double bedroom/3 bathroom Shoreshire apartment was spotlessly clean; spacious and superbly equipped. I can’t think of anything that we needed that wasn’t provided. The balcony overlooking the beach was also large and comfortably furnished. Garry, the owner, communicated really well and made loads of helpful suggestions for activities and local restaurants. A comprehensive directory of local contacts for the Sapphire Beach management; water sports providers, and instructions for the use of the kitchen equipment and gadgets was also provided.
Fabulous holiday. We hope to be back.

Sapphire 217 - Absolute perfection
Sapphire is one of our favorite places to stay on the Island, apt 217 is fully stocked with everything you will ever need to enjoy your stay. The apt overlooks 2 gorgeous pools and the ocean. The grounds are pristine and the property is very safe with 24-hour security, not that you need that in Barbados as hanging with the local people is the best part of the experience. Garry is an excellent host that cares about the experience he is providing. He is hands-on and checks in from time to time to ensure your stay is perfect. The apt is spotless.

Amazing vacation! We will definitely be back!!
We had an amazing stay at the Plushvilla Shoreshire Saphire beach condos!
We traveled as a family of six, with two children under the age of 12, two grandparents and ourselves as the parents. The condo was a three bedroom/three bathroom with a living area and kitchen, and also has a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and pool area. This condo was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, it was immaculate, and had comfortable furniture and a washer and dryer.
Our host, Gary was extremely accommodating and welcomed us with a lovely gift basket upon arrival which included the islands, well-known rum punch.
The beach is only steps away from the building and also has a nice pool area and everything is gated so it is very private. There are so many great restaurants available on the strip, which are within walking distance. We went somewhere different every night!
We highly recommend this accommodation, and will definitely be back!

Amazing stay
We stayed in this condo for our vacations and it was absolutely amazing! We are a family of 6 and everyone had their own bed plus we had 3 full bathrooms. It was very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had all the amenities we needed, it was like we never left home. This location was perfect to walk the local strip for restaurant as well. It was also very secure and safe. Security was constantly walking around checking the doors. Gary was always available to get in contact with and he also would check in with us to make sure we were ok. Great location and great views. We would highly recommend this place and also look forward to returning.

Home Away From Home
Garry's place is right on the beach at St. Lawrence Gap, a walking distance to patios, bars, markets and a 10 min drive to Oistins Fish Market. It was the perfect place for my family of 5. When we got there we were gifted a welcome basket which was a nice surprise. The place was spacious, clean, well-equipped and had a perfect view of the ocean. I love that it had a kitchen. It saved us from eating out all the time. I also love that it had a laundry room. It saved us from over-packing. My kids loved the pool while I loved the beach! Garry, our host had amazing recommendations for food, markets, taxi and excursions. We used all of his recommendations and all were amazing. Special thanks to Russell, our taxi driver who took care of us for our entire stay (highly recommended!), Ted, of Ted's Tours and Vanessa, the lovely lady who sells her delicious home-cooked meals from her van across the street from Garry's place. A dream stay that everyone will enjoy!

Home from home at Garry’s apartment 217
We are currently spending our first family holiday in 2 years in Garry’s apartment in Sapphire apartments in Barbados. We have visited Barbados numerous times in the past but this is our first stay in an apartment instead of a hotel.. Garry’s apartment really is ‘home from home’. The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished and cleaning products for washing clothes and dishes were present in the apartment when we arrived ( alongside a lovely complimentary arrival pack of groceries ). The location is central with restaurants within walking distance.. Garry and his apartment manager Fabian easily accessible for advice/ information.. In summary, I would strongly recommend spending you trip to Barbados in this apartment.

About the neighbourhood
St Lawrence Gap is the home of the best beach on the island, many restaurants and night life. There is a small supermarket a few minutes walk away from the place and the beach is right out front. There are also 2 pools if you prefer pools than the sea.
Getting around
Although you will be already close to everything, should you need to go anywhere the place has a free parking spot for your use. There is also a cab/taxi stand right in front of the place. Public transportation requires a few minute walk to get to main road and from there vans run up and down every few minutes. I also have a blog with all the options.

On arrival in Barbados we highly recommend using our transfer service to get from the airport to the Villa. This provides you with a personal meeting at the airport and safe transfer to the villa.
