Amazing Penthouse with Ocean View. The Apartment has an amazing balcony that faces the Ocean. Apartment is located driving only five minutes away distance from El Poblado de Boquerón and it is only 2 minute away from the most beautiful beach of PR BUYE beach. Also we are walking distance from villas la mela beach. It is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to enjoy the beach and have a relaxing time.

1.Always close the door, windows and close the front gate when leaving the apartment. 2. When leaving the apartment, please turn off all lights, A/C and fans. 3. Not smoking allowed in any spot of the apartment. There will be a charge of $300.00 for deodorize and cleaning purpose. 4. Lost/Stole Keys or beeper - There will be $250 for change all locks and $150 to get a new beeper for main gate. 5. The drain in The Condo is poor, do not throw anything by the toilet.
