Lack of attention to detail by landlord at handover
Shower hanging off wall couldnt use
Fridge handle missing
5 lights out
Tv cable needed repair not working
Coat hangers 5 between 3 people
Trashed sun shade left as rubbish on terrace
All of these issues resolved but took 5 days and several phone calls
Generally poor property mgmt

Large, clean, comfy but could do with aircon
We have stayed at Terrazus El Duque II on many occasions over the last 6 years and this apartment was lovely, it was immaculately clean and tidy, in a wonderful position overlooking the pool so we could call up our older children when it was time to shower etc. The apartment had a hairdryer, ironing board and a very well stocked kitchen with all the necessary essentials.
Wish list would be tea towels and air con - it was 28 degrees when we went and only 1 fan between 3 rooms, 2 more fans in that heat would be the least we would hope for. The internet was lousy and only worked in the lounge, none of us could get reception in the bedrooms.
