The studio has a south facing balcony overlooking the harbour/new marina where you can observe all the comings and goings of the fishing fleet, tourist boats and open ocean.     Keys will be available via a key safe system to cater for arrivals & departures at any time of day, or night! Current WiFi situation is that all the adjacent bars & eating establishments have free WiFi, if you require more than that a mobile dongle is available from the 'Biosphere', which from memory costs around 2.5 euros per day.

    Fabulous seaview apartment, views amazing.

    Excellent

    My wife and I had a fabulous break here. The view is stunning. The location was perfect. John was very helpful. And we will most definitely be returning to this apartment. It was all we wanted and needed 🤗

    About the neighbourhood
    Puerto Del Carmen is the main tourist resort, comprising of the old town and the new, the old town being the old fishing village from which the present resort originated, The studio is ideally situated for either an activities based holiday or a leisurely sun, sea and sand break. All water sports including, sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, fishing, swimming, parascending are just a short walk down to the harbour away.
    How to get there
    8km from the airport, taxi, bus, hire car, all cheap options, I recommend Payless as amongst the best value hire companies, hiring from the airport, if you subtract the cost of transfer you have a hire car from 10 euros a day.
