Casa adosada de dos plantas dentro de una urbanización. Superficie habitable de 100 m2: salón-comedor, cocina, aseo, cuarto de baño y 3 dormitorios.
Terraza en la planta con vistas al jardín y a la piscina.

- Salón comedor : mesa, 1 sofá de 3 plazas, 2 sillones, 8 sillas, mecedora, chimenea, televisor 40", internet, juegos de mesa.
- Cocina: vitrocerámica, frigorífico, lavadora, horno, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, paella, paellero de gas (a petición) gran variedad en menaje y utensilios.
- Aseo y cuarto de baño: plato de ducha y bañera. Consumibles incluidos. Con toallas y consumibles de baño.
- Dormitorios: dos con camas de matrimonio y otro con dos camas individuales. Cada uno con su armario, sábanas y mantas.

Excellent stay at Las Lagunetas
We had a fabulous stay at Melchor and Sylvia apartment. They were fantastic hosts even bringing us logs for the fire every weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Fantastic base for a walking, cycling and sightseeing trip. We will return to this apartment

Que buenas vacaciones en las Las Lagunetas
Gracias a los propietarios por su hospitalidad.
El parque de los alcornocales con ese rojizo del descorche en los árboles es un espectáculo único.Toda la provincia de Cádiz a un paso.
Fuimos una familia feliz en nuestras vacaciones en las Lagunetas.Un abrazo desde el Bierzo.

Casa acogedora y muy bien situada, en un paraje natural muy tranquilo y a la vez cerca de toda la provincia.
Los propietarios son muy agradables y atentos.
