Whilst the property has 4 fully air conditioned bedrooms and there are two folding beds available , so the villa can accommodate 8 single golfers comfortably . Baby's travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
Two of the Guest Bedrooms can be converted from twins into Superking bedrooms upon request.
There is ample parking on the drive for several cars . The house is surrounded by mature gardens, The pool can be heated (upon request) There are several lounge areas to sit and socialize and enjoy that well deserved drink. The kitchen is fully equip with Dishwasher and there is washing machine and dryer should you need them.
A Daily cleaning service can be provide upon request.in advance
Sotogrande is the ultimate Leisure Resort, and is situated in the province of Cadiz, Spain. Covering , the resort has beautiful countryside, excellent golf courses, Valdramma, La reserva , San Roque , Almenara and sotogrande . there are numerous sport facilities including tennis (clay and hardcourts), polo, horseriding, spa facilities, canoeing and sailing for both Children and Adults
The Sotogrande marina has plenty of bars and restaurants, two beaches and a beach club by sotogrande golf club
La Reserva Beachclub and lagoon is open from April until October and is only a five minute drive from the villa
In the summer there are top European polo matches every afternoon with free entry.
The lively marina of la Duquesa is only a 20 min cab ride away.
Sotogrande is 30 minutes from Marbella / Puerto banus for a shopping day out, as well as attractions of Granada, Seville, Tariffa, Ronda and Jerez and Morocco (45min by Ferry from Algeciras)
It is only 25 minutes from Gibraltar
Supermarket , shops and restraurants are all within a 10 min drive

There is book in the house that will gives you details of all the local points of interest, plus Restaurants , supermarkets ,Golf clubs beach clubs,,water parks etc
Amazing villa . Great pool . Clean and spacious. Will definitely return . Very peaceful and quiet surroundings .

Beautiful, spacious & fully equipped family villa
A very clean and spacious home from home with the perfect outdoors layout. Fantastic pool equipped with inflatables and surrounded by plenty of sun-loungers with pool towels provided. A terrace that gets the sun all day long with comfy seating and umbrellas for shade if needed. A separate shaded area with dining table and chairs plus a comfy seated area too. Sun and/or shade available all day long so suits everyone. The lounge area has superb air-conditioning and each bedroom has their own independent unit too. The kitchen has every utensil imaginable and plenty of crockery, glasses and plastic ones for the poolside. The owner (Mark) made contact on our first day to make sure everything was okay which is a nice touch. Our family would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect family holiday
Cash Marsal is an ideal villa for families or group of friends. There is plenty of room for dining and relaxing, bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and have plenty of storage. The whole villa is very well equipped and very well thought out with wifi, music system and tv. The children loved the pool and there are plenty of loungers for the adults.
The villa is on a private estate not far from Sotogrande, we particularly enjoyed the Port for dining and the Sunday market. For a special dinner, the restaurant at the Almenara Hotel is worth a try. A visit to the animal rescue centre, Zoo del Castellar, is well worth a visit - go early when it's quiet.The villa owner provides a thorough and comprehensive guide to eating out, things to do, day trips etc. The villa is well placed to visit Gibraltar, Jerez, Cadiz, Marbella and lots of other historic Spanish towns and villages.
The owner ensured the holiday went smoothly right from the booking and all through our time at the villa - highly recommended.

Spent two weeks at this fabulous villa with our son, daughter-in-law and two year old granddaughter.
We asked for the pool to be heated and indeed it was so warm we had to get it turned down!
The facilities at the villa are second to none. The kitchen has almost every appliance you could wish for, with an abundance of crockery!
The outside space is the best we have come upon, with a fantastic shaded area for dining out.
The view from the seated terrace was breathtaking and had fabulous cantilever parasols for shade.
We enjoyed our two weeks so much that we have in fact booked Casa Marsal for the whole month of June next year!!

Well turned out villa, nice pool, lovely view - would stay again!
Such a lovely location, feels like you've got the valley to yourself, very peaceful. There are great golf clubs all around. The villa has a/c and is nicely decorated and spacious. I'll be booking another golf getaway for sure!

an amazing holiday spot which offers something for everyone, already looking to go again next year with a bigger group,,, great villa facilities offering you the option to just lounge by the pool, chill and bbq or loads to see and do if you want to get out, a short distance from porto'banus and short distance to Gib, the local port with in Satogrande is very welcoming with good food and drink on offer along with a selection of shops.
As for sports people there's a great selection of golf clubs, polo clubs, and tennis clubs, aswel as kite surfing and beach activities all with in short distance.
Definately a great spot with a lot going on which was perfect for myself and my family 5*

Stunning Villa
I recently booked this villa for a week away with family & friends and am so glad I did. The villa itself is so spacious and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay from the essentials like towels and irons to things like pool inflatables and even toys with a play station for the children. It is situated a bit further away from the towns or markets so hiring a car is a good idea. Although that seems worth it when you see the location its in as it offers stunning views and is next to many golf courses which comes in handy if you're looking for something to entertain your days. The pool has lighting which is perfect for swimming of a night and even has its own pool shower too. There is Sky TV in the living room complete with a DVD player and a large selection of films for every age range. Wifi is accessible all over the house thankfully so I could check emails if I needed. People with disabilities may find it a little difficult to get up any stairs leading up to the property but that's the only thing I can really fault the place on. Everything was clean when I arrived and if I needed any advice on anything the owner was very helpful. I was so surprised by how much the villa had to offer that I would definitely recommend it as I will be doing so within my own circle of friends!

Excellent location; Lovely views; all from a high quality villa clearly loved by its owner
We have visited this area numerous times, staying at many large villas and often it is apparent that the owners' input is limited attempting to provide the minimum for rental. Not this one. From the moment you arrive at Casa Marsal it is absolutely clear this owner wishes to provide everything to make your holiday as fantastic as possible. From the immediacy of hot and cold water; the extremely well equipped kitchen; the fact that many day to day household items are already in the cupboards; the excellent fibre broadband; the well tended mature garden; the delightful area to eat on the terrace; the large BBQ; all add to the wonderful holiday experience. Added to this the outstanding service provided by the villa management agency ensures that if any issues do arise they are dealt with immediately, professionally and courteously. In summary, Casa Marsal is right up there with the very best that we have enjoyed. The location is stunning and, it says it all that we would love to return. Thank you for enabling us to have an absolutely brilliant fortnight.

Amazing holiday in a perfect location
Had the best holiday I could have wished for at Casa Marsel villa with a group of 5 girls. Extremely comfortable accommodation with spectacular views and a beautiful heated swimming pool. The villa has stunning gardens around with lemon trees. A big BBQ and outdoor eating area which was stunning in the evenings for sitting and relaxing.
The beach is a short drive away (need to hire a car) but easy to get to from Gibraltar airport. A brilliant holiday and thoroughly recommend and I can't wait to go back this summer (already booked!)

Tranquil, spacious, private with heated pool! Stunning views! Ideal for golfers, families and large groups!
My Husband is an avid golfer, we stayed here with our three children.
Villia is beautifully designed and furnished. The views surrounding the villia are stunning! Very peaceful and relaxing!
Lovely heated private pool, spent most nights relaxing with the BBQ on the go!
Children spent most days playing happily in the pool!
Loads of lovely restaurants and shops if you do want to venture out!!!
Looking forward to booking another stay and this time bring some friends as well.

There are plenty of things to see and do for the more adventurous
In the winter it is possible to have a sun and ski holiday with the slopes of Sierra Nevada
The famous Seville Flamrnco fair is on in April for 14 days
The Jerez Horse Fair is in May
The Gibraltar music festival is a fantastic one day event not to be missed, expect big name acts and a fantastic vibe! The Gibraltar Music Festival takes place in September
The best golf course in Spain are all located within a 20 minute drive including Valderrama which holds the European tour event the Andalusian masters in October
