Villa
Villa Ivy is a Beautiful New build 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa is situated on a corner plot and comes with a Private heated salt pool which is set in a large private garden with tiled area, artificial grass, sun loungers, table and chairs.
Inside the villa you have a PS4 - VR, WIFI, Alexa, TV with UK channels, a Safe and a PC and printer is also available.
All rooms have Air Conditioning and Samsung Smart Tvs
The Master bedroom with King size bed has a TV, Alexa, fitted wardrobes Air Conditioning and safety deposit box
The en-suite has a bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet
The 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, fitted wardrobes, TVs, Alexa’s and Air Conditioning
Fully equipped kitchen with Oven/hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer and Utility area with Washing Machin...

Perfect Easter get away
We have had a wonderful family holiday at villa Ivy. We often stay in villas and this was one of the nicest. It is clean and modern and has everything that you need and more. The space and layout is perfect for lazy days relaxing outside watching the children in the pool, which is so nice as it’s heated and saltwater.
The location is perfect for Caleta. Often villas are a good walk into town so we hire a car, but this is so handy for the supermarket and just across the main road to the beach, but far enough out that you so t be bothered by people partying into the night. The odd evening we got a taxi to the marina which was only 3-4€. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. It’s always good to know that there’s help at the end of the phone should you need it, but we didn’t as everything was fabulous! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again :-)

Lovely villa
What a lovely villa. Very clean and everything we needed and more. Steve was there to meet us and gave us a tour… a lovely guy. We didn’t meet Anna but she was very helpful before we went. The saltwater pool was superb. Highly recommended!

The Lovely Villa Ivy
WOW what a beautiful villa the owners have literally covered off everything you could possibly want. Alexa in every room, Smart TVs, air con, filtered tap water, GHD straightener (the gold ones) and hair dryers plus loads of other little gadgets. The villa was spotless and well laid out. Bedrooms a good size with comfortable beds and ample storage and hanging space. Bathrooms again very modern and decent powerful showers. Kitchen was equipped and some - everything you could possibly need if you wanted to stay in (the welcome pack was a lovely touch - crisps, milk, biscuits, bread, cheese, ham, fresh orange, Pepsi and our favourite some beers a nice bottle of Moët.) The pool area was lovely and the pool was like hopping into a bath it was nice and warm no issues with a salt water pool either we actually got a better and no chemicals so we was happy). Plenty of floats and kids pool toys (we left some armbands and floats as I suspect others do so plenty of stock) Location is perfect too as you have the local Spar supermarket a 5-10 min walk away. (The deli counter when you go in is worth a visit for fresh bread) they also have a couple of restaurants in the same area the India was very nice (we left a menu at the villa - they also deliver) McDonald’s also opposite Spar so ideal if the kids want a happy meal! Go the other way and walk upto the roundabout 10 min walk and turn left you will see all the restaurants and bars circa 50 odd in that area. The whole booking process was smooth and Steve and Anna very attentive and available if needed but equally left us to it. Will we be back? Yes 100% fabulous holiday in a fabulous villa!

Excellent stay
We have just arrived back from a lovely stay at villa Ivy, the villa was like home from home and would highly recommend. The pool was a little smaller than I expected but heated which was a bonus, plenty of sun loungers and outside space. The location was great as it was within walking distance from everything you need, looking forward to booking again next year. I would also like to thank Anna and Steve who were fab.

Fantastic Stay
Just returned from a 2 week stay at this amazing villa. It really deserves a full 5*.
I’ll be honest, we were a little hesitant booking due to the salt water pool and the kids thinking it would be like swimming in the sea every day, but oh my, it was the best swim. The salt was not really noticeable and we loved not feeling the chlorine. This usually really affects our eyes and skin, but we had none of this. We just loved it.

We did use the electric scooters in to town lots, they were so cheap and great fun. Highly recommend these.
My kids are older and they particularly enjoyed being able to watch the start of the football season on the TV in the villa. The owners have really thought of everything and Steve and Anna were super helpful too.

Fab Villa
Spent Christmas and New year at lovely villa.
Very modern and spacious with all appliances you could wish for. Filtered tap water was a bonus, and the Christmas tree was a very special touch. Also the Champagne and welcome pack was a great surprise. We made the most of the gorgeous heated pool and plenty of outside seating areas.
Perfectly located in walking distance to nearby Atlantico shopping centre and nearby restaurants etc, and especially not far from the airport.

THE best villa!
We stayed here as a family of 3 (15 yr old son) during the Oct break. We have had the most amazing time. Villa has everything you could ever need and more! It's spotlessly clean, well maintained and spacious. Close to all amenities. Anna and Steve were amazing during the booking process and throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning in the summer

Location:- 15 mins from airport ✈️
Cleanliness 🌟 even mrs Hinch would smile.
Equipment - outstanding !! Everything you could wish for.🍽🧂🏊🛌🛋📺
Locality:- 5 mins walk to the shopping centre! 6 mins to the beach. 4 euros in taxi to and from bars and eateries!! 🍷🍺🍤🍜🌮🍔🍦🚶♂️
Entertainment :- TV Alexa, Virtual Reality games, cinema, Golf, mini golf and marina all walking distance.🎮🎼🚶♂️
Pool heated to bath temperature!! Wow🏊♀️

It's a home from home
This was our second holiday at Villa Ivy and I'm sure it won't be our last.The villa is luxurious and spacious and we love all the extra touches, including Alexa and British TV in the lounge and all three bedrooms and hair straighteners, styling tongs etc in both bathrooms.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area and is a short walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and we had some really good meals. The villa is also a short walk from the large local market, which is there on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The private swimming pool was lovely and warm and there are plenty of sun loungers and lots of outdoor seating.
All in all, this was like a home from home and we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday.
