Excellent, clean, well equipped duplex. Fantastic location. Everything we needed from kitchen utensils to chairs for the beach were on hand in the accommodation. Additional Rate and Availability Information
The owner of this property accepts payment in British Pounds or Euros. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
A 25% non-refundable deposit, minimum £50 is required to secure the booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

In the event of a late booking, if less than 8 weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.

A £50 Bond would also be required at the same time as the full payment. It would be held until after the rental period in case of damage to the property, furnishings or extensive cleaning is needed. When our agent confirms there has been no damage, the bond would be returned to your account within 7 days. An additional charge of £50 would be made for cleaning on bookings of 6 days or less.
Generous discounts are offered for rental periods greater than 2 weeks during the months September to June.

- Vera town has a beautiful, old square and a bullring. It is typically Spanish with a bustling local market.

How to get there
Almeria Airport is just 4km from the A7/E15 Mediterranean highway which passes within 5 km of our complex. You can break the journey by visiting Carboneras, a typical Spanish sea side resort with a great market on a Thursday.

Murcia Airport is 40 km from the city, on the coast next to the San Javier resort. You can follow the coast road all the way to Al Andalus Thalassa through the towns and fishing villages or you take the new AP7/E15 toll road.

Granada Airport offers a great alternative, just 3 hours drive to Vera.

If you are travelling by car from the UK just head south from France on the A7/E15 Mediterranean Highway. Stop off at the great cities of Barcelona, Tarrogona & Valencia.
