Ground Floor apartment, furnished to the highest standard, this family owned apartment with terrace and large private enclosed garden is set on a fantastic development Al Andalus Thalassa. There are 2 large outdoor swimming pools with children's splash pool, tennis courts and children's playground, all set in beautiful landscaped gardens with water features throughout. For the golfers there are 4 top class courses near-by including Europe's first desert course - desert springs.

For the energetic there is a small gym area. About the neighbourhood
Vera is a delightful 'typically spanish' town, about a 10 minute drive inland from the apartment, It is home to a beautiful old town square with church, lovely gardens and a bullring. It is a vibrant town with plenty of shops, boutiques, fantastic restaurants and a large street market on Saturdays.

About 10 minutes drive away is Garrucha, a bustling and lively fishing town that still retains much of its original spanish charm. It is famous for its “Garrucha prawns” and sea food – caught fresh every day in the local waters. Garrucha has a magnificent beach and promenade with an excellent selection of cafe's and bars with many superb seafood restaurants found along the seafront serving the fresh catch of the day. There is a weekly market on Fridays.
