The Monterey condo 19 is located on an island ocean side of Gulf Blvd thus no busy road to cross. It takes just 45 seconds to access the best beach around on Redington Shores via the private deeded walk way. Your beach parking is FREE as long as you park in your private assigned spot marked # 19.
