Located next to the property is the spacious shared games room the perfect place for families to enjoy table tennis,table football and to play on the Nintendo Wii,or to watch a large selection of DVDs. Next door you will find the handy shared utility room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers. There is also secure private storage for outdoor gear and bikes available.
