The villa is ideal for families, adult groups and also popular for couples who enjoy having space.
Fast Wifi & English TV channels on a 65” Smart TV are provided along with weekly cleaning. A welcome pack with wine & pool towels are also provided.
The spacious grounds include a private electric heated pool which is heated to 27 degrees all year round. The pool measures 8m by 3m.
There are stunning Femes Mountain views from the terrace & the south facing terrace receives sun all day.

There is private car parking, a huge terrace, beautiful electric heated pool ( 8m by 3m) with Romanesque style steps, outside shower and picon garden area with Canarian style BBQ, cactus, flowers, bougainvilleas and palm trees.
The villa has a master bedroom with stunning marble en suite and two further twin bedrooms with a family bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room which could accommodate a further two people so the villa could sleep 8 in total. Travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Playa Blanca is beautiful, stunning beaches are within walking distance and the town centre promenade offers a fabulous variety of restaurants, shops, and other local amenities. Please see our 70 plus excellent reviews on VRBO
Meet Kit our resident cat, he is adorable, friendly & loving. Please see gallery photo. He mainly stays in the garden but does like to spend time with our guests too. Cat food is provided.

My partner and I had a lovely holiday at this super villa. It is situated in a quiet area yet only a short walk away from the seafront and amenities. We had everything we needed, the hosts kindly provided a welcome pack which meant we could sit and enjoy a drink in the delightful garden on arrival. The villa is very comfortable and clean, it was perfect for our 10 day stay and we would love to go back for another holiday in the future.

Best Villa in Playa Blanca amazing location
Wow this villa is an absolute gem! It was extremely clean and the beds were the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! The cats Kit and Sandy were a lovely addition and my youngest made friends with them both and we all spoiled them both with treats. We all absolutely loved our holiday and I can’t wait to book for next year. Special thanks to Catherine and Terry the communication was amazing and Terry couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend getting a hire car so you can see the island

Spacious, clean, very well equipped, really comfortable, great location, quiet, excellent response from owner … what more can I say ! We fell in love with this place and can’t wait to return.

Simply Fabulous!
Just returned from a fabulous two week stay at Villa Emilianya in player Blanca. Perfectly located within a 20–25 minute walk of the town centre. The Villa itself was just beautiful with a south facing terrace and pool for all to enjoy. Don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a villa with such a comfortable bed. Everything was supplied to make the holiday hassle free and allow you just to relax and enjoy! From booking right through to coming home, Catherine the owner was in constant communication! Great welcome pack and wonderful instructions on the villa, Kit the cat and local amenities! Villa cleaned and beds changed midstay which was lovely and pool was maintained to a high standard! Not all villas offer this standard of accommodation or level of communication! Book it! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Beautiful clean comfortable relaxing villa
We had an amazing family holiday here in July . The outside pool are was spacious & comfortable nice garden clean pool . The bedrooms were clean & comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with two fridges , cooker etc crockery , utensils everything you need , utility room with washing machine., excellent wifi & tv & very comfortable living room . A home from home . There were 7 of us including a 12year old & a toddler & we all had ample space to do our own thing if we wanted
The host was fabulous with communication & always relied promptly & is extremely helpful & we had no complaints whatsoever we all really loved this villa

Perfect getaway
Nice and peaceful. Well maintained villa with everything you need.
Taxis in abundance and costing between €3.25 & €4.25 to both Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicón (facemasks mandatory July '22). All drivers speak English too. Great restaurants and food in both areas.
Brilliant location for beaches & exploring to Timanfaya national park.
Catherine was a pleasure to deal with all through the pandemic with flights cancelled 2 years running and nothing was a problem for her to rearrange.
Lovely cats too.
I'm sure we'll be back

Easter break
We visited Villa Emilianya in April and was not disappointed. Beautiful Villa and surroundings. Everything you needed was there and the Villa was clean and tidy. The outside area was lovely to sit out in the day or evenings. The pool was just fabulous jumping into on a hot day. Definitely a holiday to remember and would recommend . Walk to strip is around 20/25 slow walk from Villa. Kit the cat was friendly and loved a fuss. We hope to return in the future

Lovely villa in a convenient location
We had a fab holiday here in Feb '22. The kids loved the pool (and the visiting cats). Close to Playa Blanca and all the beaches there, amenities were a short drive away. Would stay again. Everything you need for a relaxed holiday and the owner was helpful and attentive.

There are two beautiful golden sandy beach with excellent facilities, including a bar/restaurant at Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada. Dorada is the nearest beach and is as a 2 min drive or a 12-15 min stroll from the villa. The beautiful Papagayo beaches (minimal facilities) are a 10-15 min drive away.The Playa Blanca sea front has a variety of beautiful beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (widely held to be some of the best beaches in the Canaries) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere suitable for both couples and families alike. There are a large variety of restaurants with excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When you stay at Villa Emilianya we will send you our very own guide to the best restaurants. Playa Blanca has a wonderfully relaxing promenade to amble along and enjoy the atmosphere, observe the beaches, restaurants and shops and which leads to the vibrant and exclusive Marina. A good selection of banks are open Mon-Fri from 8.30 - 2.00pm and Sat 8.30 - 1.00pm.
The magnificent Marina Rubicon is just a few minutes by car. It has been built in the style a traditional Lanzarote village with its own church. Within the 450 berth Marina are designer shops, a scuba and sailing school and a growing variety of restaurants and coffee bars, with the market days on Wednesday and Saturday well worth a visit.
Getting around
It is a flat pleasant 15 minute walk to Dorada beach and the town promenade. It is 20/25 minute walk to the beautiful Marina Rubicon. The nearest supermarket is 10/12 mins walk and bakes fresh bread daily. Cheap Car hire companies can be recommended by Catherine too. Taxis are very accessible and it’s approximately €3/€4 to & from the town taxi rank.

The remaining 75% plus a £100 breakages contingency on a separate cheque (the breakages contingency is fully refundable in the event that there are no breakages or part refundable to the extent that the breakages amount to under £100) six weeks prior to your arrival date.
