This holiday home is close to numerous sandy and pebble beaches, kitesurfing clubs, national parks, hiking trails, and tourist attractions.
The towns of Budva and Kotor are a 30-90 minute drive away while Airports Podgorica (40 minutes) and Tivat (60 minutes) provide quick arrival.
The historical charm is thanks to the Italians who constructed the nearby Benedictine Monastery of Ratac and decided to settle here. The village name „Talići“ originates from the Montenegrin word for Italians - “Talijani”. Family Čakalović has lived in this villa for generations.

We had our wedding here and stayed for the weekend with family and friends and it was INCREDIBLE. We chose it over other places we had seen across Europe and it was better than we could have ever imagined. It’s beautiful all day from morning until night, the perfect place to chill, celebrate or party, the sunsets are good enough to make you cry. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and luxe enough to feel special, and the staff were patient with what was effectively a 2 day party. Everyone was in awe of Talici and are already discussing returning for our 10 year anniversary! It is a beautiful, well maintained place to stay, worth the drive up the hill, and unmissable. Would go back in a heartbeat, we have the best memories from being there and would highly recommend. Stunning.

Just a PERFECT place
An incredible place that was an oasis for us to organize the networking program of filmmakers. There were a lots of enjoyment, relaxation, good food and mood, sun and lovely nights. I highly recommend it! You will love this place!

Most amazing gateway when in Montenegro
Amazing Family run villa with incredible views, fantastic breakfast, very calm and spotlessly clean! Wonderful rooms, very specious and luxury decorated. Garden is amazing , heated outside pool from May to October . Room with jacuzzi is incredible. Host is wonderful kind! Highly recommend for families and couples and any events😍Peaceful gateway still close to everything ! Would absolutely return !💯

Perfect Wedding Venue
The Talici Hill villa is the perfect wedding venue.
It is not cheap but worth the price. To elaborate, montenegrin standards are lower than one can reasonably expect and one needs to be aware of this. But if there is someone who has high standards and offers quality, it’s Milan. Hence the premium price. You can rely on him to resolve any issues immediately even on the wedding day. Milan had a solution even for things that our wedding planner was not thinking about.
The new master bedroom is very spacious with its own bathroom that includes a whirlpool and it's the perfect room for the bride. The arranged breakfast was also delicious.
Overall, probably among the most astonishing wedding venues in Montenegro. Highly recommended.

Amazing villa for a wedding and/or relaxing vacation
My husband and I are from the US and hosted our wedding here at Talici Hill in May 2022, staying there for a total of 3 nights, including the wedding. We could not have been happier with our choice. The villa and property are absolutely breathtaking - even better than the pictures. The rooms are spacious and well-done, the pool and cabana area is a great place to spend an afternoon or evening, and the gardens are lovely. You get great views of both the mountains and the sea, with olive trees surrounding you - everything you would expect from the scenery of Montenegro.
We stayed at the villa along with some of our wedding guests and used the kitchen and grill area as a rehearsal dinner space the night before. This area is well-equipped whether you need to make a small meal or a big dinner to feed 20 guests. We were also the first guests to stay in the expanded part of the villa, which Milan and his family worked hard to prepare for our arrival. This part of the villa included the big main bedroom, complete with walk-in closet, balcony, jacuzzi and rainfall shower. Our guests who stayed in the other bedrooms also raved about their bedrooms. The day after the wedding, Talici Hill made for a great place to relax and unwind after a busy two days.
Milan and his family also made sure we had everything we needed. When we were still in the US preparing for the wedding, he was very responsive to questions about the villa. They also helped accommodate our families in nearby apartments and went above and beyond their duties as hosts. When we visited in November prior to our wedding, they also gave us some fresh fruit growing in the garden.
All-in-all, would definitely recommend Talici Hill to anyone looking for a place to host their wedding in Montenegro, or anyone just looking to relax for a couple of days in a gorgeous location.

Amazing days
This place is a Peace of Heaven.. the view is stunning and the area and the Garden everything is done with so much Love... we liked Every Little Detail in the House... milan was an amazing Host ..Every wish that we had was done in minutes...we had a Little Grillparty with a cook everything was done Perfect.. we will Come back for sure.. thank you milan

Fantastic view
Very nice villa in a quiet location in the hill - with a fantastic view over the coastside and the ocean. The House, the Pool and the huge Garden/Park is all in a perfect condition and very high quality!
Milan and his family is very service minded and gives good advice on what to see in the neighbor hood.

Beautiful Villa
We just got back from spending half term at this villa with our two kids. It was less than an hour from the airport and easily signposted from Sutomore.
We were met by Milan’s dad who showed us round the villa (which also happens to be house he grew up in!) and it was beautiful.
Despite the rain for the first 3 days the living area was large enough to entertain all four of us with the help of sky tv and internet which reaches the whole house plus the entire garden.
The kitchen was well equipped with a small local shop at the bottom of the hill and another one in Sutomore with an even larger hyper market in Bar just 10min drive away.
The double bedroom had a en-suite with a shower and the second room had a double and single bed with an en-suite which container a jacuzzi bath (which the kids loved). The third bedroom is up a small narrow metal staircase above the sitting room and all open so not really suitable for young kids or tall adults.
The outdoor area is what makes this place, with stunning views, large garden with enough seating throughout to get some peace and quiet if needed and a small infinity pool, which isn’t heated, but ideal for cooling down after sunbathing! You can certainly see why it makes an ideal wedding location. The bbq outside was all set up and cleaned each morning by the staff who come and maintain the gardens. The cleaner also comes into the house every 3 days too.
The owner was very helpful and speaks beautiful English, making suggestions of places to visit and even treated us to a bottle of wine as he felt bad we had 3 days of rain!
Overall we had an great holiday and 90% of it was spent in the villa so I think that speaks for itself! Highly recommended.

Breathtaking
Location is near the top of the hill . From one side u can see tip of the great hill or actually a mountain touching clouds and looking like a fairy tale world, all green and stony. and if u look on the other side across the pool ,an amazing view of the gardens and sea in distance below the hill makes you inhale all that beauty and stop for a moment there, for it is completely breathtaking :)
everything we needed Boss Milan provided (very handsome and buffed guy, my friend almost fell in love)
we have had a few best days of our summer here. tnx to the quiet and beauty of this place and Boss Milan :=)
