Set of 18th century built stones including a large fully renovated farmhouse, 210m2 of living space and an outbuilding: A remarkable old stone shed with period framework, with a surface area of 300m2, shelters of choice that allow you to be outside in any weather and enjoy an exceptional view of nature, enjoying leisure activities (table tennis, ground suitable for pétanque, barbecue, etc.)
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a large fireplace, lounge dining room, an open kitchen with central island, two independent bedrooms each with their private bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with their private bathroom with shower and toilet, one of which has a large bathtub.
The cottage can accommodate 10 people. Animals are accepted....
