This cabana was sparkling clean and maintained very well. It was comfortable and spacious. It was simply decorated in ocean theme. I was close to the pool and walk to the beach. Everything went well until my next to last day of stay when there was a problem with hand held shower that caused bubbles to form on ceiling when I used. It appears that there was a leak in the wall but I informed the guard and maintenance checked. I also informed the host Rita. Since I was going to leave the next day, I suggested that they do necessary repair after I departed for airport. Overall, this cabana was awesome and I’d rent it again. Thank you Rita for a perfect vacay place.

This property is all that is advertised. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Rita was amazing with her special touches left for us upon arrival from the bottle of wine to the sunscreen. Making sure that we had all that was available to us. This cabana is the best on the beach. We will definitely be back.

This apartment was perfect for me, my husband and daughter. The place was very clean and secure. There was direct access to the beach , a pool , basketball court , playground and tennis court. Residents were friendly. Security was great. We would definitely rent again

From checkin to leaving, we had a wonderful time. Rita's place was welcoming, very clean, very well located, and had everything we needed to enjoy Puerto Rico. The apartment is well equipped for cooking meals, relaxing inside or outside, and has all you need for enjoying the beach. When we mentioned there were a few small things we could use during our stay, Rita had them there the next day. The only downer to our trip was returning to Ohio and 12 inches of snow. We will be returning next year.
