Super mois passé dans votre studio
Tout etait tres bien .notre arrivée sympa.on a été bien accueillis. Logement super bien placé on est bien à sur la terrasse face aux bateaux et a l ambiance . vivante des restaurants. Tres pratique le parking privé. Un sejour de detente .on pense à l annee prochaine. La période nous a plu.

Bien situé mais équipement sommaire
L'immeuble est très décrépit mais l'appartement est dans un bon état général. Dommage que les stores extérieurs ne fonctionnent pas (le réparateur n'est pas venu durant notre séjour), ce qui a nui à l'isolement sonore (beaucoup de bruit le soir dans les restaurants de la marina jusque tard dans la nuit) et à l'isolement lumineux (il fait jour très tôt dans les tropiques).
On aurait apprécié un équipement plus complet pour la cuisine (une casserole et une poële les 2 très usagées), pas de petit matériel de cuisine : a priori on n'y fait pas de cuisine... Bref studio plutôt cher malgré l'attrait de sa situation .

Merci pour vos critiques nous tacherons d'y remédier.Le prestataire pour la réparation du volet roulant ayant un calendrier chargé n'a pas pu intervenir à temps pour changer le moteur.Nous avons effectivement constaté l'absence de matériel qui était présent initialement (sèche-cheveux,ustensiles de cuisines,grille-pain(surprenant)).Nous devrons être plus pointilleux lors des états des lieux de sortie pour voir ce qu'il nous a été subtilisé.Concernant le prix il il varie en fonction de la saison en se basant sur le secteur et la prestation.Vous avez eu le tarif le plus élevé puisque nous étions en haute saison.Les rideaux orange sont occultants. Les rideaux blancs sont des voilages qui laissent passer la lumière la journée en gardant votre intimité.Ils seront dorénavant sur deux tringles différentes afin de bien les différencier. un plaisir de diner sur la terrasse dans cette ambiance festive
je crois que ce doit etre le coin le plus vivant de toute l'ile
pour moi ce sera mon plus beau souvenir

Needs a lot of work!!!
This apartment needs so much work! It should be -10 on scale of bad to good!!!Bathroom is disgusting ...paint chips on floor/door & washing Machine flooded all over apartment!! Owner came and said he was going to put in a new washing machine the next day, but never did! Not worth the money!'

I have to say I am really disappointed of what I have just read.It is the first bad comment ever I have received since I have begun.We never had no argue together,I was so sad for you that the washing machine flooded all over during your stay that I was determined to buy a new one,until a professional showed me the manipulation that need to be done and explained to me that it was due to a wrong handling from you (what I never told you because I did not want you to feel guilty about that,do you realize that?the so called washing machine works very well right now and I even washed the towels with it to show you.I let you a note to call me to explain to you how it works,I called several times at the appartment and send you several emails to know if you all right and you never answered me.Now I understand why and I also understand why the place was so dirty with sand all over the place even on the tables and the bed.I could have save the guarantee but I am not like you people and I m proud to be a honest person.You are grown people(older than me) and I think you should have a better behaviour.It's not fair to act like that and I hope you will understand that.I think you tried to abuse my kindness when You saw that I was very sad for you and was ready to do anything.I even whashed the appartment for you during your day out and bought you a bottle of punch.I am really disappointed of human kind when - see things like that.I really hope you are not people like that in your every day life because you really don't seem to be bad people at first sight.

Great outlook
4 nights here was the perfect start to our holiday. We arrived late but Vivien was there to meet us and had left us bottled water and a few bits in the fridge. The compact studio flat overlooks the marina which was quiet and peaceful for 95% of the time. We loved having our breakfasts and lunches on the balcony watching the world go by, and the boats come and go. A choice of restaurants were just below us but these were never noisy. The apartment itself was in good nick, and the bed comfortable, but the bathroom could do with an upgrade although this did not affect our enjoyment of the place.Vivien said we could use the phone which was very helpful to us in finding out information on car hire and ferry times. It is a 10 minute walk to the bus stop

Parfait, confortable, et très bien placé !
Très beau studio, neuf, et au coeur de la marina de gosier. Vue directe sur la marina, son port et les beaux bateaux qui y séjournent. Il est facile de s'y promener et d'aller y manger, de plus le studio est à proximité de la pharmacie, à 5 min à pied du champion et de nombreux commerces. Nous étions deux mais il y a de la place pour 3 voir 4 personnes aisément. Enfin, nous avons apprécié la place de parking bien pratique lorsque l'on a une voiture. Nous reviendrons !

Magnifique location
Nous avons passé 11jours magnifiques .studio très bien situé.au cœur de la marina.ambiance sympa toute la journée.restaurants et bars juste au pied du grand studio.vue imprenable sur la marina.tres bien meublé avec beaucoup de goût !! Meubles récents.parking privé.tous les commerces sont présent .il y a même des médecins dans la résidence. Sécurisé par un portail électrique.la vue de la terrasse du studio est tout simplement magnifique!!!.vous êtes au cœur de l.ile a proximité de tout.nous avons adoré notre choix!! Quand au propriétaire il est tout simplement adorable : présent ,a l'écoute et aussi gentil que serviable!! J'oubliais le wifi excellent dans le studio..
