Beautifully maintained air conditioned duplex apartment within minutes of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants of Roquetas De Mar and near to the Playa Serena 18 hole golf course. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms,with the master having a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and private patio below. The family bathroom is also on this floor. The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining area, which has access to a large private patio, and the communal pool beyond. The kitchen is open plan, with family dining island and is fully equipped with all white goods including a dishwasher. In addition there is a seperate utility room with washer and dryer as well as a seperate downstairs toilet. Great family holiday

A lovely well kept apartment, very homely, modern and clean. A good size patio area which over looks the pool, safe gated complex. A 10 min stroll to beach, shops and tapas bars with plenty to do.

Fantastic location with a true Spanish feel.
