This lovely one bedroomed holiday apartment is just 400m from the large beach in Roquetas de Mar, Costa de Almeria, Spain. There are two communal pools in the complex, grassy sun bathing areas, and the apartment has a large private terrace with pool views. The pool will be open for Summer 2021 with Covid secure arrangements Roquetas de Mar is a popular destination for Spanish families and has not been overdeveloped like some resorts. The beach is huge and offers a variety of watersports. There are plenty of tapas bars, restaurants and local shops close to the apartment. Please note that check in is 12.00-18.00, by arrangement, and late check ins will be charged a supplement locally. Great Apartment

Arrived at the complex to meet the rep for the keys. Grounds and building were immaculate. Lift available, easy access for older people or disabled. Apartment was bright and clean with everything you would need - washing machine, 2 ring stove, microwave, coffee machine, tv...More

For value for money ,this apartment is unbeatable for location and amenities

This apartment was clean and comfortable.Within easy reach of Parque national to see beautiful flamingos one day ,and go to the ski resorts in the mountains the next day .Bicycle hire is available nearby and as there are no big hills it's easy on the...More

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located in Buena Vista, a quiet yet central area with plenty of parking spaces; an advantage in the Summer months. A 5 minute walk (400m) is the promenade which runs the length of the large beach in Roquetas de Mar. A 10 minute walk in one direction will take you to the Marina where there are fine fish restaurants, and a 10 minute walk in the other direction will take you to Playa Serena, the touristic area which is full of bars, restaurants and shops. In the Summer there are stalls along the promenade in the evening, outside family entertainment and music. Near the apartment (300m) there are local grocery stores, tapas bars and cafes.
