Hummingbird Beach Hut has been recently renovated and now is 2 storey chalet with 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms. It also features a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, veranda dining & living room and a private deck and pool.
The chalet accommodates comfortably 5 guests. The main bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen size bed, TV and an ensuite bedroom with outside shower.
The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has 1 king size bed and one sofa that can be converted in a single bed. It also has an ensuite bathroom built preserving the original granitic rocks.
Hummingbird is perfect for families with older children or 2 couples. Please note the second bedroom will remain locked if the occupancy is 2 guests only.

All children are welcome but we don't recommend Hummingbird for families with young children as the second bedroom is located on the ground floor and it is connected to the main floor by outside stairs.
We stayed at the Hummingbird Beach hut for 5 days and it was by far the best accommodations we had for our 2.5 week vacation in the Seychelles. The villa is well appointed and has all you need to be self sufficient if you so desire. Really enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor shower. Marie really made us feel at home and made sure that no need went unfulfilled. The Hummingbird beach hut is highly recommended for anyone who wants to get away from the unauthentic resort experience.

Beautiful
We had a wonderful stay. The room, kitchen and pool were amazing. The unit was fully serviced which was great. However this does not happen on Sunday’s (and we were not informed of this which was a little disappointing). It is lovely quiet part of the island. The sea is only meters away but you can’t really swim in front, the best beaches are to the North. Take mosquitoes spray as there are quite a few ..... as long as you spray it will be fine 😊. The staff were helpful and friendly.
