Have breakfast every day enjoying the spectacular views and hearing the waves as they come and go....This apartment is the true definition of a tropical paradise located steps to the beach.
Our apartment at Playa Azul II offers 24/7 security, parking and many amenities, as a large heated swimming pool, full basketball court, children's basketball court, racket ball court, tennis court, children's playgrounds, table tennis and beautiful grounds. All amenities at the condo are within gated areas and only available for condo residents or renters.

Excellent!
We just stayed at Jairo's apartment and had the greatest time ever, the apartment has everything you need, all the appliances and furniture are almost new, some of them still have price tags on them, the view from the apartment is awesome, and the complex is very well maintained, the apartment is close to Fajardo, where you take the ferry to Culebra and Vieques island, close to the kiosks that have great food, close to el yunke, and if you are a surfer there is La pared beach walking distance, just east of the apartment.
Jairo made the booking process super smooth, we will be back for sure!

Fabulous experience
Absolutely gorgeous place!! Everything we needed was there or the local stores and restaurants were within walking distance. We had a wonderful vacation. The view was beautiful and the restaurants we wonderful! Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Apartment Great Location
My partner and I visited Puerto Rico mid November 2016 for his brothers wedding. We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. The apartment is in a gated complex with security so people entering and exiting are monitored. Instructions for entering the apartment were very clear and easy. Access to the apartment is via a security door code which was great as this meant we didn't have to carry a key everywhere. The apartment has the most amazing views of the ocean. If you're a light sleeper you might need to get used to the sound of the sea at night. The apartment is beautifully presented and we felt very at home there. There is a bank just outside the complex where you can change money. There's a supermarket across the road and lots of fast food restaurants if you get desperate. Beach towels and towels are provided. There is a washing machine and a great little cooking area. This apartment has everything you need to feel at home and the area feels very safe. I would highly recommend it.

Nice centrally located condo.. Convenient to activities
Checked in on May 15th 2017. All self check in with instructions from Jairo, the owner, which were easy to follow.
The condo is small but very nice. Large living room dining area, full kitchen with any implements you will need. Also beach towels and chairs are provided. Airco in the bedroom only but most of the time you won't need it with being on the 14th floor, there is usually a nice breeze. We only used our beach at Playa Azul twice and went to Balneario Monserrate for most of our beach time. It's our favourite beach in the area. 5.50 per car per day to park at Balneario, which is reasonable. There is a nice swimming pool, which we never used because we like the beach more than pools anywhere we go. The location is ideal for a lot of activities... El Yunque, Balneario Monserrate, Luquillo kiosks, Bio Bay, which we still have yet to do. Playa Azul also has 24 hour security. It's a gated condo complex, which adds a level of safety and each tower I, II, and III have security. When we left Monday the 29th, it had gotten quite busy with the Memorial Day Holiday weekend.
We wouldn't hesitate to rent again from this owner!

The Perfect Island Paradise Getaway
This was just the getaway we were looking for. The view was stunning! Bed and couch both comfy and a kitchen with just enough for me to cook up some easy meals.
The building itself was close to many breath taking beaches as well as the rain forest! On a side note, on the third day of our stay, the island had gone on lockdown due to the coronavirus. The owners were not only helpful in making sure I knew what that meant, but were more than understanding with felxable check out times and staying in touch in case help was needed.

Great Vacation Escapade!!! In just 15 minutes drive or less you may be exploring the great Yunque National Rain Forest and you may go up to the top spot in the whole Island. Also you can visit Hacienda Carabali for Horse Riding, go cart and a lot of exiting activities. The condo is near Golf Courses, restaurants, water sport rentals and much, much more... In just 20 minutes drive you may be at the Ferry Station to the beautiful islands of Vieques and Culebra or escape in a Catamaran excursion to a Jaw-dropping beaches. In addition you may have night adventure while Kayaking in one of the six Worldwide Bioluminescent Bay. But don't forget your backyard!!! The Costa Azul Beach, one of the best beaches in the area, featuring golden sand, crystal clear water, a lot of shade areas and a relaxing environment.
